Ota Physical Therapy

This place is extremely unsafe and immoral. My brother was using a machine that was mounted to the wall and it broke off and hit him in the face. The nurse on staff actually said “someone just came in to money”. He left that day but ended up going to emergency that evening do to pain. He was informed by the hospital that he should have an incident report filed and called the next day to do so. The facility refused to file one and basically said, you are out of luck. They have avoided all legal and moral responsibility for their unsafe practice and I highly recommend avoiding this practice. Hopefully this review will prevent this from happening to other patients.
