7 months and I feel so much stronger. I was a little skeptical at first, but in so glad a gave it a chance.

This was my first time so I believe it will be take a few sessions before I feel any difference.

So far, so good. Always feel really good when I leave and I can tell I am already stronger. Great helpful and friendly staff!

Coming here has really helped my balance and bones

It’s the best investment I can do to be healthier, building strength and hopefully reverse my osteopenia and osteoporosis. I really look forward to my weekly sessions and the staff is amazing helpful!
