OsteoStrong La Jolla

I'm really enjoying Osteostrong sessions! The coaches are wonderful and encouraging. Always cheering me on to do better/push harder. I feel I'm getting stronger I notice when I do my strength training that I can lift heavier! I look forward every week for my sessions.

New to Osteo strong in La Jolla but must say staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone I’ve asked so far that is using the equipment says their pain is less or gone and their bone density has improved. They diffidently are stronger. I feel a little stronger after just 2 sessions although it may be in my head. It only takes a few minutes and the results are amazing. I’m for sure going to continue.

I have been with Osteo Strong for about three months and I'm very pleased. It's easy and safe and I love the staff! I love how the machines keep my results so I can see how I'm really doing. I've improved in strength by 36% in these past three months. I won't actually know about bone strength for awhile, but even just getting stronger is pretty amazing for not even breaking a sweat!

Very friendly and enthusiastic staff. I look forward to going to my OsteoStrong Center weekly in La Jolla to strengthen my bone strength and reverse my Osteopenia without the side effects of drugs and improves my balance and posture.

Osteo Strong is amazing. I thought I would only get a slide improvement in my bone mass but I completely reversed my osteoporosis!
