What a please it is to come in and be greeted at the from desk by Gretchen, she is so nice. My physical therapist, Rachel Sollie is so good and amazingly knowledgeable. She explains things to help you understand your condition and how she’s treating it. The entire staff makes you feel so welcome and willing to assist in anyway they can, I love this place.

My experience with OSR Sun City was incredible. Dr Jarom Woodbury and the entire team is fantastic. I was hospitalized 53 days with Covid pneumonia, and have a multitude of long-term issues. They worked closely with me for months on building strength and easing pain in many different areas. Their attitude and demeanor is professional, yet fun and SO positive! A highlight for me was the boxing work, which was used to attack my cognitive issues that made my instincts and quick thinking reflexes suffer. I can’t stress enough what positive difference makers this group is. Thank you OSR Sun City from the bottom of my heart.

Outstanding! The best I have dealt with and I have rehabed at many other places in my past. Chris and Ali both have the desire to truly help people with there issues The exercise team as well are top notch and can keep you interested and moving in your course of recovery. In order for the highly skilled physical therapist, physical therapist assistants and exercise specialist at OSR Sun City to do their jobs, brilliantly as they do, takes great organization . That's where Gretchen, the receptionist comes in. Not only does she greet everyone with a warm smile and kind words, she masterly does the scheduling. Making sure she doesn't over book her staff and giving the clients the schedules they need can't be easy. She can be on the phone and have five people lined up at her desk and she just flows. Never getting frustrated, always maintaining her wonderfully kind spirit. Plus we have Gaby now that shares the same energy and fits well into this family. Always with a warm smile from the heart. While observing them as I wait my turn to start, I get to talk to other clients and hear their conversations. This is my fourth time here, and not once have ever heard any negative feedback. What I do hear it " If I need physical therapy again, I'm only coming here!" And that's exactly how I feel. OSR Sun City has a profound family network , committed to healing you. I cannot say enough positive things about the Staff. They are understanding, encouraging without being pushy. They really care about you and want to help you get better. Its hard work but they make you want to do your best.

I love this place. It helps my mom when she’s feeling down about her disability. They talk to her. They help her. They let her know and reassure her that everything is going to be OK. The therapy that they gave her is helping even when she gets home she she does it.
