I was referred here and I am so grateful for that. The experience was amazing. I have never felt so hopeful when it came to physical therapy. I have been dealing with knee issues for half my life. Never once in my life have I been excited or hopeful until now! I actually am looking forward to PT. The way they explain things, and help you understand how all the pain works and why. How they will help you. It was a great experience to say the least! Defiantly recommend

I want to express my deep appreciation to OSR Physical Therapy for their outstanding support in my recovery after ACL surgery. The entire team, led by Jesse, did an incredible job helping me get back on my feet. I'm truly grateful for their care and expertise.

Thanks to Jesse and the Shakopee OSR Physical Therapy staff for helping me make the journey from rotator cuff surgery back to playing golf regularly. They persistently worked me through the exercises I needed to regain my strength and range of motion. As important, they motivated me to take the exercises home to work on in between my PT appointments. It helped that through all this work, Jesse and the crew were skillful, caring, respectful, and fun! It was a good experience and a great result!

My therapist, Patrick and the rest of the team, saved my summer and sanity. They helped me reduce my shoulder pain (small buttonhole rotator cuff tear) to nearly nothing. I can now sleep all night with no pain!! My range of motion returned to just shy of normal. 🙌 Thanks to Patrick I was able to cancel the surgery that I was originally going to have this summer so no tRex vibes for me this summer! 😉 Highly recommend OSR for your PT needs.

Seems like a racket. My insurance estimated 4 maintenance visits to be $100. They charged me over $600 for the 4 visits. Most visits I was on my own, having to constantly ask what I should be doing next as they were always helping someone else. Maintenance visits being $130+ to do some stretches that don't even require machinery, that was AFTER I complained that they were charging me $530 PER VISIT! I have an HSA so every dollar I spend comes out of MY pocket, this was confusing to them but they were willing to adjust it down to the $130+ that I ended up paying. Either way, to walk in and self-service, $130 is crazy to stretch in their space.

I wish I could write a positive review but I was extremely disappointed by lack of basic accessibility training. I am a Deaf person who uses ASL and had ankle surgery; my doctor originally referred me to OSR as they are less than a mile from my house. I was excited to come to a local business and get to know more about the places within my community. When I called for an appointment, the person who took the call had no clue how to speak with me and kept referring to me in the third person (the interpreter signs verbatim so the message I got was "can she bring... can she do..."). I was already "othered." Then I was told I had to bring my own interpreter to the appointment. I tried to explain how federal law ADA (originally set up in 1990!) prohibits this, as this is a place that provides a public service and provided the names of two local interpreting agencies to use; I suggested that if the receptionist is not comfortable, to pass this on to her manager. Since I am an educator myself, I made an appointment in hopes of helping teach/expose how we Deaf people use interpreters but are still human. The day before the appointment, I received a message that I was unable to go to the appointment for lack of a prescription referral. This felt suspicious to me because I have a paper copy of the referral with this specific location on it. At that point, I decided to call my original doctor and switch to a new PT location. I do not feel like I could trust my recovery to anyone in this place after receiving multiple overt and implied messages that I am not welcome. Please consider what type of clients you are NOT receiving and what messages you may be sending to them.

As a dancer, an ACL tear was a nightmare come true. Jesse and the team at OSR were determined to push me beyond just “getting back to normal” post surgery. When all was said and done, they got me back to lifting heavier than ever at the gym and even back in the dance studio. They listened to my goals early on and took the time to get to know me as a person, not just a patient. They learned my motivations and incorporated those into every therapy session. Although, I don’t wish injury, surgery or physical pain on anyone, if you have to go through it, I highly recommend OSR on your journey to recovery.

I want to thanks Brian at the OSR SHAKOPEE Office for doing a great job helping me with my shoulder. He was completely in on helping me and my progress for improving movement with my locked shoulder was quick and painless (almost). His interactions with myself and others was more than professional, it was personally care for us to improve. The pace of improvement was so much quicker than I expected and I contribute this to Brian's knowledge of what exercises and movements I needed. I would recommend Brian to anybody who needs a OUTSTANDING PT. THANK YOU BRIAN FOR YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT
