I had a fantastic experience with OSR Scottsdale. From the start, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable. They were both professional and friendly, creating an environment that was inviting and supportive. The treatment for my shoulder and neck issues was highly effective. They thoroughly assessed my condition and explained the treatment plan clearly, using advanced techniques that brought significant improvement. Their attentiveness and responsiveness during the sessions made a big difference in my recovery. Overall, I looked forward to each visit, and the positive atmosphere and the genuine care they provided made the entire process pleasant. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend OSR Scottsdale to anyone in need of effective and compassionate care.

My experience has been fantastic.. On my first visit, i was met by a very friendly receptionist who was welcoming and helpful. Then, I was evaluated by the director who actually listened and then proceeded to give me clear expectations for my personal plan moving forward. I have had the opportunity to work with two other therapists and both of them are just as knowledgeable and professional as the Director, so I didn't feel like I was pawned off on a trainee or basic tech. Actually, I was surprised that they already knew exactly what I had worked on before, how my injury had happened, where I was in my treatment plan, etc., all of it. I feel like they are active in my healing, and I couldn't be happier with this office.

Best PT experience I’ve ever had! Alex, Gretchen, Erica and Sarah are absolutely wonderful. I came in with a total knee replacement, and they had me back to golfing in less than 3 weeks! Not only this team really knows what they are doing, but also the friendliest people you will ever meet. Highly recommend this PT office!

I had a total knee replacement and found OSR for my recovery. It’s been 2 months and I’m seeing big gains in recovery doing my PT at Scottsdale OSR. The staff is very knowledgeable , professional and the facility is very clean. The staff charts you every visit so they can add exercises or duration to keep elevating your progress to a safe and full recovery. I walked into OSR Scottsdale nearly three months ago, I’ve had chronic pain for the past ten years due to prior military service as well as a genetic disability. Everyone at this clinic has been extremely helpful and they’ve not only addressed my problem areas but taught me exercises I can do at home as well. I’m walking further than I could before and the quality of my life has vastly improved because I was blessed enough to have met the staff here. I highly recommend to anyone with chronic pain to visit this crew at OSR Scottsdale!

I first came to OSR about 4 months ago after a large Slap Tear repair with a major goal of throwing a baseball again. OSR made a very personalized plan for me and gave me lots of care and within 4 months I was throwing again. They've done an amazing job with my recovery and helping me to feel considerably better. I have another shoulder surgery scheduled next year for another Labrum tear on my other shoulder and absolutely plan on coming back to OSR so they can help me through recovery once again.

I just love the people at OSR. They are kind, compassionate, and fun. Alex and Erica were amazing. They delivered on all of their promises and made it assure joy to work out there. They will get all of my business in the future and I hope to send many referrals their way. Thank you guys.
