OSR Physical Therapy

My experience at OSR North Phoenix was exceptional. I had no idea what to expect but Sean and team know what they are doing and made my PT journey a huge success. Everyone made the PT experience tollerable and I would highly recommend OSR. In fact, I will be return when I have to do my second knee replacement. Great job!

Sean and the rest of the staff did a great job with my issue. Treatment was focused and I started seeing positive results quickly. If I need pt again I would not hesitate to return.

This location & staff are wonderful! Everyone is attentive and reassuring. It is clean and runs well. Everyone is respectful and kind. I especially like my physical therapist, Sean, he is informative and encouraging.

OSR North Phoenix location in Tramonto has an amazing staff. The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating with appointments and insurance questions. Mike Peronace, PT Clinic Director and his team are well versed in treating all types of patients needs. They have great interpersonal skills that make your rehabilitation process enjoyable and rewarding. I am a retired RN and can proudly recommend this is where you need to go for your rehabilitation. You will feel better!

All of the people/coaches at “OSR” are knowledgeable, professional and have the a good sense of humor. W/O these three traits, I might have found a reason not to show up, but I truly looked forward to each session. I went to OSR for PT post total knee replacement. Sean was very knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout a tough rehab program. All the staff is also very helpful and friendly!

I've been using OSR for over 20 years since they opened their first location in Anthem. I now go to the Tramonto location in North Phoenix. Mike P, Darryll and Tina the scheduler are the best. I would recommend OSR for anyone who needs physical therapy.
