OSR Physical Therapy

This OSR location is outstanding. Bri welcomes you in the office and their staff makes you feel so welcome. Jenn will get you set up on your exercises and PT Cole will get you feeling better in no time. I haven't ever been to physical therapy and they make it an awesome experience each visit. OSR and all staff at the Glendale location are amazing. I have been going here for over a year and have only good things to say about Kevin and everyone else. They understand my condition and my work obligations. Never once have I suffered pain from my therapist, which I can't say about past experiences. Thank you for taking the time to understand and meet me where my condition and I am at!

The staff at OSR couldn't be more supportive and helpful. They listened to my concerns and made suggestions, always keeping in mind what's best for my treatment. I highly recommend OSR physical therapy! The facility is always clean and they are well equipped. All of the staff is very friendly and always greats you by your name. The 3 physical therapists are amazing! They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging. Communication from everyone there is outstanding! The only physical therapy facility I will ever go to again!

I can’t thank OSR PT enough for literally getting me back on my feet and moving! Special shout out to Edgar who pushed me thru some extremely hard days-he tolerated my outbursts and tears with empathy and compassion-I truly don’t know how he did it. Total knee replacement is no joke and the work the entire staff did to help me succeed went above and beyond-from Bri getting me in right away when my doc said I had to begin PT on a certain day (which she happily did so), to Cole who did my initial intake and my therapy in the beginning (he’s very gentle and the poor guy had to deal with my sobbing and loud yelling from the get go), Tiffany and Jennifer who were my cheerleaders during my exercises and for Patrick who addressed me with compassion after one of many painful visits resulting in me calling my doc to deal with my range of motion (MUA-manipulation under anesthesia). The entire staff accommodated me after this procedure on the same day in continuing my rehabilitation with PT (the MUA should have been done sooner but I was being stubborn thinking I could do this on my own). They all truly cared about my healing and I will be forever grateful for each of these amazing humans. If I am ever in need of PT, OSR Glendale will be my go to facility. Thank you all again for getting me moving and back to living my life!!

I love OSR Physical Therapy!! Everyone is so wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. Kevin G. is a one in a million guy, Jennifer is so sweet and helpful, Bree makes the process extremely easy!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I went for help after knee surgery... 30 visits, and I'm so glad I did them all!! Thank you OSR!!

Grateful. I am beyond grateful for Kevin, Jason, Jennifer, Brittany and team for what they have done for me. They are an absolute top notch group. I highly recommend OSR in glendale. After a knee replacement I started with another PT, as recommended by my doctor, I felt like another number. The care was lackluster, and i wasnt heard. I was desperate to find good care. I remembered Kevin, he took great care of my years before. I immediately switched to OSR and never looked back. My journey was both emotional and physical. Kevin and team where always there continually providing great care, emotional support and encouragement. As I write this I am a bit teary-eyed as I will miss my team. I highly recommend Kevin and team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 😘

OSR in Glendale is the absolute best!!! Kevin is kind, knowledgeable, and helped me rehab my knee after MPFL reconstruction surgery. I had started at another PT place and was not making progress and was made to feel terrible…Not at OSR! I was encouraged at OSR and improved at my own pace. Awesome place for PT! Highly recommend! People are all very nice 😊
