OSR Physical Therapy

I had a great experience at the Gilbert location. I had a complete hip replacement and also have lumbar and cervical spine issues and Will and the rest of the staff helped me with my recovery. I felt the staff was very knowledgeable, they watched to make sure exercises were being done correctly and everyone was kind and respectful. I have had a bad experience with PT in the past so I was so happy my doctor recommended OSR. It was a more personal approach and they can always see you and make sure what you are doing is correct and actually working. The front office staff was always nice and making appointments was easy. Highly recommend this location

I cannot express enough gratitude for OSR Phsycal Therapy Gilbert! They made me feel like I was meeting up with friends that encourage and support me. All while remaining professional and knowledgeable. Even driving the 20 minutes was 1000% worth it. Will, Cam, and Cruz had my back the whole way and encouraged painless progress. My plantar fasciitis was unbearable when I arrived, half way through I mentally accepted that the new dull pain was my life. Cam and Will did not accept it and dug deep into figuring it out. I'm so thankful for their determination and dedication. It led me to being fully functional without the pain. I will recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy because I witnessed and experienced their hard work and heart in the healing process. Treat them right, they give so much to their patients!

They are flexible and accommodating, allowing additional recovery time if needed and adjusting therapy plans with compassion and care. As someone who is going through a double knee revision, this level of attentiveness and understanding is invaluable to me. My condition has improved, and compared to what it was before, I am hopeful for a much better recovery. I am very pleased with my experience with physical therapy at OSR. I appreciate the personal attention I received from the whole staff and especially my therapists Cameron and Will. I have been dealing with sciatica pain for months. They helped guide me to build muscle to support my back. Every session also included therapy that targeted my pain. I began physical therapy discouraged about having a degenerative condition in my spine and completed my treatment hopeful that I can slow it down by continuing the exercises they taught me.

This place is amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming and straight up professional. Thank you all for an amazing job with my feet and ankles. I virtually have no more pain which results in no surgery. If you have Achilles tendinitis with bone spurs avoid surgery and come check these guys out.

Had a great experience at OSR! Will was an excellent PT to work with. He was able to get to the source of my shoulder pain and create a game plan that got me back to functioning normally in 4 weeks. Would definitely recommend Will and OSR to anyone who is in need of good physical therapy!

The employees are fantastic! Very caring and they are dedicated in helping you heal! They always clean between patients. It’s well organized and clean. Cameron and Cheyenne are wonderful! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent Physical Therapy place!
