WOW! Melanie and team are a wonderful and compassionate group of individuals. They push you to succeed while making sure are safe and secure in the process. This was my second knee surgery and I have used their facility and this team both times. I highly recommend OSR in Anthem as a fantastic place to go for physical therapy! Tell them I sent you! 😉

The Anthem OSR PT team is so great. They are professional and treat each patient with care and confidence. I wouldn't use any other PT facility. Not only is this place beneficial because of the location, but the staff is incredible. The service is beyond what I’ve received from two other physical therapy locations. I hope this doesn’t sound too much like an ad, but OSR is truly my favorite physical therapy location because I’m able to remember how great I was treated. I can’t even remember the service from the two other places I’ve been to, but OSR takes the prize on being the nicest, most caring, supportive, encouraging, and positive environment. I’ve never gone into an appointment walking out upset because everyone there makes it a point to treat their patients with such care. I am completely and beyond satisfied with the treatment I received. I’m not going to spoil anything, but OSR takes it to heart for truly caring for their patients, even after the appointments stop. It is bittersweet to say that I hope I never step foot back into the facility, but it just proves to show that I was treated so positively that I’m upset to leave. If you skim through other reviews, take this one as a true review. These people deserve a lengthy review, and I’m so glad I chose this place to take care of me and get me back to healthy :)

The Anthem AZ OSR Team is welcoming, professional, compassionate, and most strongly recommended for anyone needing Physical Therapy. Everyone from Joshua’s front desk warm welcome to the individual attention, support, and encouragement received from Pam, Ben, Q, Melanie, and others during my post total knee replacement surgery was terrific. ORS at Anthem helped me heal my sciatic in just a few weeks. I am thrilled with their caring and friendly and knowledgable care. Last night I finished my final PT session at OSR in Anthem, and I want to share a little bit about my experience. From day one when I met with Erin Miller, Clinical Director, I knew I came to the right place. Erin had the right balance of compassion, encouragement and support for the journey ahead. I spent most of my sessions with Ben, a super cool Therapist who won me over with his dry yet cunning sense of humor that always took my mind off of what I was trying to work through. Thx again Ben. I also had the pleasure of working with Melanie who was also awesome and a few sessions in between with Erin. Regardless who I worked with, I left with progress made. I cannot say enough about the energy this staff brought every day. I don’t want to forget about Jose and Sai ( spelling, sorry), the Technicians who can around making sure I wasn’t cheating on my workouts and pulling those bands over my size 15 sneakers. Thanks guys. If you need PT, Anthem OSR is the place to go. Cheers.

The staff was so caring from the moment you walk into the building until you leave. Results were positive and I feel much better. My wife needed physical therapy and she also chose OSR. She agrees with me and is having great results with her therapy.
