OSI Physical Therapy

I feel like I am in good hands with both Shari and Katie. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I appreciate being warmly greeted at reception desk, and the small clinic setting is comforting. I will be coming here for all my physical therapy needs. Thank you, ladies :-)

This is a long overdue review. In November of 2023 I suffered a severe disc herniation, C6 with C7 nerve pain. After 2 unsuccessful injections I tried physical therapy at an orthopedic practice, which aggravated the nerve and caused more pain. A friend and PT professional referred me to OSI in Somerset WI, specifically to see Shari Walters. I was planning disc replacement surgery to relieve pain, but my insurance company denied surgery. So I tried OSI and Shari. Miracle worker, that's all I have to say! Within several weeks I regained feeling in my arm and hand, started to strengthen my grip strength, neck and back. I am overwhelmed by the level of expertise and care I received at OSI Somerset. I live in MN and made the drive 2x weekly. I started treatment at the beginning of Feb and graduated in April. I did my exercises religiously, and avoided surgery! I HIGHLY recommend Shari and this practice! Nancy Richter

OSI SOMERSET has helped me heal bursitis, frozen shoulder, a locked s joint and other joint issues through the years. The staff are very knowledgeable and can teach healing movements that will benefit you for your whole life. Best PT ever!

I have never written a review but felt the need to share what a great experience I have had with OSI . I have had to sleep with ice packs for 8 years . Went to shari for therapy on my hip and back and I can sleep much better and no ice packs ! Yay! She’s so good and very knowledgeable! I wish I would have went there years ago! They are wonderful from time you walk in the door~ receptionist treats you like a personal friend ! Would highly recommend! Sheila Parnell

OSI Physical Therapy in Somerset has been my go to for PT for many years. As an athlete, I had injuries arise and OSI has always done a great job of getting me back to being active and healthy again. I have been treated for various areas including disk in my back, achilles, meniscus, and lower leg pain. Their team can do it all!! They are friendly and welcoming no matter the issue. They work with you to accommodate pain and listen to help you progress. I highly recommend Shari, Anna, and the Somerset OSI team for your physical therapy!!

I am a senior citizen with painful arthritis. My doctor requested physical therapy for my shoulder. I contacted OSI and I was assigned a therapist within a few days. Brett, therapist, was excellent in the sessions. He was well educated in this field and always professional. I was given homework exercises to speed up the flexibility in my shoulder. Brett and I continued to discuss my progress and issues to update my treatment plan. I had a very positive experience at OSI. The staff was friendly, professional, timely and helpful. I would recommend this clean, comfortable facility. I am amazed of the progress that I made under their care.

Holly is absolutely fantastic to work with. The facility is great and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The heated pool therapy made a huge difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for any of my physical therapy needs.
