OSF Balance & Dizziness Center

Filled out a bunch of paperwork through the app. Got everything approved. My appointment was set up. Then, suddenly, my appointment was gone from the app. It was cancelled, but no one in the office can tell me who cancelled it or why. I never got ANY notification that it was cancelled at all. The only reason I know is because it was missing from the app and I had to call the office to figure out where my appointment went. Then, I get told that 'someone else' already took my appointment time. That is irresponsible business practices with injured people. Why do you expect me to call when I need to cancel but you don't even have to tell me when you do? Why even bother scheduling appointments if your office cancels them without warning?

Absolutely the best people to work with. I had hip repair surgery in August. Ed and Emily worked with me to get me going again and knew exactly what I needed. Everyone in the front was so nice. It was a perfect experience!!

The therapists at the Ft Jesse Center do a great job but I want to send a shout out for the office staff. Woke up with vertigo two weeks before an international flight. When I explained the situation, Monica and Michelle went above and beyond to arrange for me to see the therapist so that he had time to treat me before my trip. Bravo zulu (as they say in my former line of work).

I had Alan Sharples at the balance and dizziness part back in 2014. He was amazing and very thorough. Also honest. He helped me a lot. I have had a few sessions there recently with Kelly C and Kellie Jo and I love having them so far. Highly recommend this place.

Worst experience I have had. Do not even keep the appointments that they schedule. Definitely going elsewhere.
