OS1 Orthopedic & Sports Injury Clinic

Wonderful experience scheduling appointment, checking in at front desk, getting images, seeing back office staff and doctor. The doctor actually takes time to explain everything you need to know. The receptionist is very nice and has wonderful people skills. The entire staff was great. I wish I could make it my primary care office, as my PCP of 25 years has retired and I need a new one. I highly recommend this establishment!

I took my daughter in for an injured foot. The wait was less than 20 mins. They took X-rays and we saw Nurse practitioner Lee. He was so thorough and talked is through everything. Her foot wasn't broken but sprained. He fitted her in boot for a faster recovery. I would definitely go back to see them for any orthopedic need!! They also will file our insurance.

My husband has been in intense back pain for the last few days. Went to the UAB ER in gardendale who was zero help and simply gave him ibuprofen. Thankfully googled for an ortho urgent care and found this place. My husband says the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful and gave him pain relief. The PA, Eve, was fantastic and all other staff were excellent. Extremely thankful for this place. Thank you guys for taking care of my husband!! This all happened on 11/23.

They listened to our concerns and made arrangements for my son to get an MRI done at another location the same day. Nice and professional staff. Highly recommend!

Great visit from start to finish: The entire team was professional and personable. They had an electronic registration process and talked us through all relevant details related to insurance. Upon being seen, the doctor went the extra mile to make sure we understood the details of the injury, open questions, next steps, etc. I highly recommend OS1.

Awesome experience. My feelings and injuries were addressed promptly and clearly. Easy to make the appointment and very little wait! I would personally recommend to friends and family. Also couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I walk in and see BETTER SOONER, on the wall and a nice, clean, new looking facility. I’m greeted by Tahirah, who already had me signed in upon arriving and made me feel welcomed. Everyone’s customer service was top notch!

Michelle answered the phone and with her help, I was able to get a same day appointment. Dr Lee spent plenty of time making sure he explained what was going on and how he wanted to treat the injury. The nurse was very kind and gave a good injection. It was a very pleasant visit.
