This place is a joke dr aziz office staff is so incompetent my while had a appt thurs the 8th and the stimulator person showed up and told him she didn't have appt we have waited 4 weeks to get stiches out and that is it. She had been in a lot of pain and it seems like no one cares. Why is it when your in pain nothing gets done the medical field in alabama is nothing like Texas they take pride in every thing they do If I could I would give a 0 for office staff for not knowing about there jobs.

Working with Dr. Estes and his team at OrthoSports Associates helped my daughter get back to the game she loved. After previous doctor visits and physical therapy sessions, Dr. Estes identified the issue and was able to correct it. My daughter is so grateful and we are truly blessed we went to OrthoSports Associates.

Dr Estes is one of the best doctors around. From my initial visit with he was compassionate and had a plan to get my knee fixed. I’m having surgery with Dr Estes. I had knee surgery with Andrews and wasn’t satisfied and came to Dr. Estes as a second opinion and he has been nothing but great and told me surgery was the best option. Laura his clinical coordinator is nothing but amazing as well. I highly recommend Dr. Estes he is phenomenal I will continue to use him for all my orthopedic needs.

I went there yesterday for an appointment that was initially scheduled for 1:45 pm but when I received my reminder text the day before, it said 1:15 pm. That was okay until I got there. I spoke to the receptionist and she gave me some paperwork to fill out, although I had done a ton of paperwork days before online. After filling out the paperwork and returning to my seat. She called me up to the desk a couple minutes later and said that they did not have a referral for my doctor. Now, how is that possible if I was scheduled an appointment for Dr. Aziz. That is the first thing scheduling does is to verify all info, insurance, and referral. I called my doctor's office at Simon-Williamson and they tried for hours trying to help me so that I could see the doctor. Needless to say, I did not. The people at Simon-Williamson that do the referrals asked to fax it to Ortho sports' office and she said that their system was down and that the printer did not work. She said that they could email but my doctor's office does not email. The receptionist at Ortho sports Associates at St. Vincent's has such an ugly demeanor. She did nothing to try to rectify the problem that was their office fault. Why didn't they call me days before to let me know that they didn't have a referral? They were supposed to make sure that they had what they needed before my appointment. Anyway, they should have had the referral because they set up the appointment and got all my insurance information, so they knew. The receptionist is unprofessional, rude and even heard her say crazy as if she was calling me crazy. No, she is crazy and if Ortho sports value their patients, they would not have her there greeting customers because she is not good at it. Horrible experience and I am trying to find another facility to treat me. Waste of time.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. We have seen dr Estes for multiple issues with our children and one chronic issue with our daughter. He is amazing. He and his staff are very patient and attentive. I also know several other families that use him and only have wonderful things to say about him. Highly recommend.

Dr. Buggay was AMAZING, his assistant Matt was too nice with his blue eyes, and a smile that lights up the room. (Gregory Howard) was the patient He, the assistant , was wearing the cutest cowboy boots. Their guy Earl that puts on your spling , or boot came in the room starting a argument with me because he claimed our appointment was at 1030. Nooo it was at 130 but it doesn't matter, instead of him placing the boot on my husband's foot, you want to keep arguing back and forth with me about whether we were, or were NOT late. Soooo unprofessional. It's like he was maliciously making us wait to eat since we were "LATE". Who does that ? Makes a hungry patient WAIT just because YOU think they were late ? It was malicious because he heard my husband complaining that he was hungry he replied well you shouldn't have been late like REALLY 😕

Dr. Buggay took xrays of my shoulder, but made no comments about them. His "physical exam" consisted of moving my arm in one motion-- about 10 seconds of "exam". His "explanation " of my condition consisted of him drawing 3 smiley faces with straight, frown then a smile. He said this showed my pain progression. He didn't recommend injections which I've heard is the gold standard other than surgery. When I requested pain meds he said, " since frozen shoulder lasts so long, I don't want to get you started on those", although he admitted FS is more painful than rotator cufftears. Overall, i did not see evidence of empathy or knowledge. I will not return. What's the point?
