Everyone was moving,& talking so fast. It really did feel like being on Henry Ford's assembly line. For the back brace, she was demonstrating how to use it so fast. If I hadn't been given the information sheet, I don't think I would have been to put it on at all correctly. I had thought 'Dr.' Adair was a doctor. He did not correct me when I addressed him as such. He did not explain the Rx's or the plan for future treatment to me. I general, the visit was highly satisfactory. All were pleasant if always hurried.

Been a patient for over 2 years. I love the doctors because they are angles but the staff is a different issue. The one in the front office to the left when you walk in (Esperanza I believe) always rude and will tell me I give her a hard time on questions I have on my forms. I have never had a great experience with the staff. Phone communication is horrible they just hang up. I only continue to go there because as I said the doctors are amazing, I’ve never had a problem with them.

So far I have heard good reports about Dr.Gabriel Garcia-Diaz I would say he probably has a great helping hand from the Lord's guidance through power of prayer in Jesus name.

Dr Garcia is amazing! My back no longer hurts and I am so happy. My lower back stopped hurting when I had the procedure done I had two paint shots and the third procedure was when they burned my nerves. Now my upper back hurts and Dr Neil is going to help me with that. I'm very satisfied with this place.

I, unfortunately, took a serious fall while visiting Yosemite National Park and broke my left femur in two locations. Dr Diaz performed surgery the following day. He is not only an excellent surgeon, but unlike stereotypes of surgeons is also a great communicator to his patients. When I saw him the next week for follow up, he spent time showing X-rays and explaining clearly what he and his team had done.

This was my second visit to OrthoSpine in Merced and Dr. Adrian was very nice and informative both times. He was very thoughtful of my needs and I don't mind visiting this office. Thank you to everyone at OrthoSpine for being so kind.

I like the way the Dr took his time to explain and review my x Rays to my wife and I and I am happy with the results.

Ortho spine is always a five five from the front desk to the back office until I meet my doctor. Neil, they're always the best. Respectful and always cheerful. The office is clean. The bathrooms are clean. The rooms are clean overall. I tell you it's five.
