Orthopedic Urgent Care at Sierra Pacific Orthopedics

Dr Hendy’s office staff are cumbersome and sometimes awkward to work with (if you have an urgent issue, otherwise they have been great). Their communication is lacking to say the least in an urgent situation when you really need it the most. I am disappointed from not one but two different issues that required I drive to their office building to get resolution. Getting a call back or information from the Doctor has been difficult. When telling the Doctor about his staff he was defensive and not open to hearing about their abrasive and abusive attitudes. While he is a good Doctor, the staff makes me want to look for a different Doctor for care.

On Nov 2023, Dr. Hendy performed surgery on my rotator cuff. As of now, I am still doing well, thank Dr. Hendy for being such a great surgeon. SPOC physical therapy was also awesome. I couldn't have done it without them. Thank you all.

I was with my last doctor for nearly 40yrs and was so worried when he retired I’d be able to find another doctor with his care. He was a smaller town doctor who really cared for you and cared for most of my family. Dr Gousse met those expectations and beyond, my wife and both adults kids go to him. He is a very good and thorough doctor but has that small town doctor feel. He is so easy to talk to and listens. We are so lucky to have him, his staff and Sierra Pacific helping us.

Dr. Gousse is the best doctor I’ve ever had! Doctors don’t always listen - Dr. Gousse does. He actually listens to your concerns and addresses every single one of them. Always feel I’ve received the best treatment when I leave his office. Very grateful to be one of his patients.

From the front reception staff, to those who answer the phones, to the nurse assistants getting you in a room… each and every person has been kind, so sweet, helpful, patient and professional. They are always willing to help and do more and with a smile on their face. Dr. Kraft is a doctor like no other. When you see him and talk to him you immediately feel comfortable, at ease, that you are in kind, very capable, wise, knowledgeable hands that will care for you and help you in the absolute best, most compassionate, professional way. Dr. Kraft is special. He goes above and beyond for his patients. Dr. Kraft is thorough, gives exceptional care, and is a brilliant doctor. My family and I are incredibly grateful for him and the years of superior care we received from him.

Dr. Kalmes was very kind and thorough. I especially appreciate his thoughtful and calm disposition. He took the time to figure out the root problem and discuss options to fix it. Didn’t rush me through, which I especially appreciate. Love the great people and service at SPOC top to bottom! 🙏🏽

I have been a patient of Dr. Gousse’s for about three years now and have been very pleased with his care. I never feel rushed and my concerns are always taken seriously. I appreciate his guidance and wisdom, as I decided to have a thyroidectomy, due to tumors. He is a trusted medical professional to me and my family. In addition, the staff is great! Crystal is always helpful! My only critique is sometimes the communication with the phone staff/answering service has been difficult or an appointment was a week away, but we needed to be seen sooner.
