I enjoy the professionalism. I'm always greeted by name, and in a friendly and inviting manor. The two front desk ladies, Aisha & Megan are pleasant. I work mostly with David, Denzel, and Tia who ALWAYS encourage me and keep me motivated throughout my excercise s. I also want to mention that Charlie, Mike, August, Jerry, & Glenn (who I don't work with much), equally check on me and are helpful. This is my 2nd physical therapy facility and it is by far superior in equipment, progress evaluation, and day-to-day encouragement. I appreciate their help in helping me get back to "normal" after having total hip replacement of both of my hips. I highly recommend this facility!

I can’t describe how fantastic, thorough, professional, and friendly this ENTIRE staff. Bobby and staff did such a great job rehabbing my partial knee replacement, I will be back to work in less than half the time expected. Their record keeping is impeccable; it doesn’t matter who helped you last, they know instantly where you are in your work for that day. So grateful we have a 5 star physical therapy group here!!

I left a review on yelp but felt I should spread the word a bit more. This is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful PT I have ever been to. I needed rehab on a double lumbar fusion and have Jerry Glen as my PT but, just by looking around, all the PTs are knowledgeable with Doctorates.. If by any chance something happens and you are not able to have your regular PT that day, your notes are clear and easily followed. I had August once and also loved him. But I would accept any of them. The techs are on the ball, making sure you do the exercises properly, listening for "time over" buzzers are other stuff. I have improved a lot since going there and Jerry continues to challenge me. I love it there. I shall be sad when my Medicare is maxed out. Go there. You will not be disappointed.

Arrived for appt, O&S PT never told me renovating White Plains office so closed. Temporarily using Advanced Orthopedic office in White Plains m,w&f only. Advanced Orthopedic office told me only treating hands, arms, elbows, upper body at that office.I found out all this when I trying to show up for appt. I even had 2 text reminders for pt appt. No apology or help to correct their mistakes. Will NEVER recommend Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy!

I did physical therapy with OSPT white plains starting in October 2020 through August 2021. I injured my hip playing in a soccer game in October 2020, but was misdiagnosed with a hip flexor strain. I worked with OSPT through that winter, and eventually was re-evaluated. They had me see another doctor, who finally diagnosed me with a labral tear and FAI in my left hip. I had surgery to fix my hip in January 2021, and worked with OSPT throughout the rest of the year. Thanks to them, I am 8 months post-op and back to playing college soccer, even stronger than I was before. The entire staff is very kind and funny, and definitely made my hard recovery process easier!

Peter Johnston is a very good surgeon. Where lucky to have him in the Southern Maryland area. He worked on my wife's shoulder. The surgery that he performed on my wife usually consisted of a recovery time of 6 to 9 months. 3 months and she was during great.

My first visit and I knew I would be back. Courteous, professional and sensitive to pain. I can't wait until my next visit.
