I had to give a one star because you have to put a star. this place is horrible. You make an appointment and you’re not seen on time .they make you wait in the waiting room for over an hour. then they put you in a woman and make you wait another 30 minutes before anybody sees you .you never see the doctor you only see these assistance. I rather be in the pain, then have to deal with this place.

I was having excruciating back pain for the past month. It got to the point where I could barely walk. I first saw the P.A Marco, who evaluated me and then referred me to Dr. Ash, the office’s spine specialist. Both Marco and Dr. Ash have incredible bedside manner. Dr. Ash thoroughly listened to all my concerns, ordered an MRI, and came up with a conservative treatment plan for me. I am so happy to say that I am now able to walk again!! I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for everything Dr. Ash, Marco, and the entire staff at OSMC did for me! My experience was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend OSMC to everyone I know!

Very dissatisfaction, I don’t this doctor should continue in practice today I saw dr hechtman at doctor hospital Baptist and you can tell he profesional, my question to the assistant to this doctor don’t rude to the patients that not nice and unprofessional, I knew that I was right not taking those shots for my knee. My wife went as a patient with left ankle injury. She went with my son and newborn daughter. By mistake my son dropped a glass of lemonade and my wife had to clean it. No one helped her. She had to clean it with an ankle injury and two babies crying and no one could help her. I could not because was at work. There is lack of humanism and compassion from everyone in that practice. The PA was also arrogant.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Kalback and his staff, they all are friendly, professional and genuinely care about their patients. They are compassionate because they understand that we are all in pain or discomfort. Monica and Raquel are awesome ladies always with a smile on their face and so helpful. Love them!!!

I have back pain and knee pain. Unfortunately due to insurance only one can be treated at time. Have been taking care of my back. The experience so far have been amazing. EVERYONE! from Sandy, Will, and Mike at the therapy center to everyone in the office. Earlier this week I had an incident and injured further my bad knee. Did the walk-in after hours and it was a breeze (unlike the person that left the one star I called and they clearly told me the service is 3-8PM). The process even as a walk in was easy, everyone was very attentive, caring, detailed and welcoming. The procedure done to my knee within 24 hours tremendously improved my pain and mobility. THANK YOU to Atara Marko, PA-C and GINA. 46Ml less of liquid and a shot.... I can move and bend my knee! I am not easy to recommend and do not post many reviews only when it is absolutely necessary + or -. But this is a no brainer. Strongly recommend.

Wonderful staff and doctor !! Monica was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate me at such a difficult time . From the X-ray technician that was very knowledgeable and also went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable . There is no enough i can say about Dr. Ash and his staff . Definitely will be recommend to anyone I know . Thank you again for the care you show your patients .

Only one star because of the following: They have it advertised that their walk-in appts begin at 2pm but in fact they don't have anyone till 3pm. The lady who is suppose to deal with the walk-in patients is also late. Finally get in and get to see one of the most incompetent PA's ever! She looks over the x-rays you get done and never once reads them to you or explains what she is looking at or what she notices. She literally just took what I told her about my situation and put it in the chart. She went on to perform an exam she honestly didn't do anything. I've had examinations done before and it seemed she was afraid to do any kind of maneuvering. I asked her about what exercises I shouldn't do and she just said well you have to see the therapist. Ok... how about running? leg press? I had to ask each exercise individually as I was trying to figure out what I can do at the gym. She had no clue. NONE. Her proudest moment was when she told me I didn't have flat feet... wow. Do not waste your time or your money. Go see the offices of Dr. Hechtman. His staff actually knows what they are doing.
