I was referred here for a work comp case that o had been fighting for quite sometime and have seen a few doctors and was so tired of always hearing that o was over weight. Doctor Ghalambor was able to diagnose and let me know my options really happy I was referred here.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Payvandi’s for years and have always received excellent treatment and care. I came today due to a shoulder injury from doing plank exercises and an elbow injury (probably tennis elbow). I always feel confident I’ll be taken good care of. The last elbow injury I had was 3 years ago. I saw Dr Payvandi once for it and haven’t had any issues with it since. (This time I’m here for the opposite elbow 🤪) Looking forward to being able to get back to my usual fitness routines soon!!

This office from top to bottom has their act together. I have had a number of surgeries and the doctors have been so very good. Dr G will be doing surgery on my feet and I have complete confidence in his abilities. Aaron his medical assistant is fantastic, Wendy in xray is so professional as well. I talked to a nice lady today in billing as well and Aaron who sets up surgeries and they answered my questions!! What can I say, this office is top shelf!!

Surgeon (Dr. Wang) = Great coordination of physical therapy = Terrible FYI: They are contracted with Hills Physicians to perform the surgery but no PT. Makes total sense. office hours for phone calls = terrible follow up on authorizations = terrible office staff = some are really helpful, some have no idea what's going on.

The lack of customer service at this office is unacceptable. It took days to get an appointment scheduled, let alone a response from this office, only to have to reschedule because I was still trying to meet their demands to be seen. They said quote “if you don’t have the MRI disk in your hand we can’t see you.” Who talks to new patients this way? So I reschedule my appointment, and unfortunately it took longer than expected to get the MRI disk from Kaiser. So I try to contact this office of perfection to explain the situation and reschedule again, but apparently the Doctor now “declines to book an appointment.” Well that’s great customer service! (Not). So you make it impossible to be seen...force me to reschedule in order to meet your demands...then decide not to see me because I could not meet your demands? Well that is very reasonable. I will make sure to let Kaiser and other facilities that I conduct business with not to refer patients to your office anymore since no one deserves to be treated this way. This is completely unacceptable and I will make sure to let all the Doctors at Kaiser and other Sacramento County Facilities know to also not refer their patients to you. Get off your high horse and hire friendlier office staff that doesn’t forget about people on hold for hours. Maybe have some common courtesy and try to work with patients to meet your unreasonable demands? Hey there’s a thought. Never again.

Amazingly fast to get you in on time for you appointment. Dr. G is absolutely honest and only wants you to never have to show up again. Anna is an amazing physical therapist. Honestly the whole staffing is amazing. I'm very glad I was recommended here

Dr. Ghalambor always takes the time to explain to me all the details, helps to define the best treatment plans, and spend ample time making sure my questions are answered. I’m never feel like he doesn’t have time for me! Thankful I was referred to him, I feel confident I’m in good hands.

The last of February I had a total right hip replacement by Dr. LEATHERS Jr. Prior to surgery the pain in my hip was a 6 to 9. Some days just walking a few steps with a walker was the best I could do. The day after surgery when my feet touched the floor I was expecting that same pain again, but it was gone. I was so happy and thrilled that I could walk again without the pain. The doctor gave me back my ability to walk and gave me back my quality as well as quantity of life. Thank you so much.
