I recently had the pleasure of visiting Orthopedic Rehabilitation Associates and was truly impressed by the outstanding service provided by Kelsey, the receptionist. From the moment I walked in, Kelsey greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. Her caring nature and professionalism were evident in every interaction. Kelsey went above and beyond to address my questions and accommodate my scheduling needs. It was clear that she genuinely cares about the patients and wants them to have the best possible experience. In an environment where professionalism and empathy are crucial, Kelsey’s dedication shines. Her kindness and commitment to patient care make her a true asset to Orthopedic Rehabilitation Associates.

I have used this physical therapy group off and on for the past 8 years. They are always very professional, friendly, hard working and supportive! The facility is always clean and well maintained. I have worked with several therapists, but I usually request Frankie because of his wealth of knowledge, support, he listens and is encouraging. Stephanie and Jake have also been excellent! Knowledgeable, supportive, very kind and always positive. I will recommend this group to anyone looking for physical therapy above others.

Beware of coding irregularites! I saw two therapists, and both were fine. However, both were also very busy working with other patients as well as with me. My insurance was billed as if I were seen individually, which I was not. I was always seen while the therapist was working with at least one additional patient at the same time. The office manager told me to contact billing who relayed they have never used the group therapy code (97150). My visits range from $582 to $430 per visit. Appalling.

Stephane is a legend and a great human. The atmosphere is amazing. The staff is the best. Great group of people. They always play good music.

Stephanie is an absolute legend. She was incredibly kind and listened to everything I had to say regarding my issue. She took good care of me and helped alleviate my pain significantly. I feel a lot stronger and more capable now, and I’m finally able to get back to my daily life without my issue intervening. Stephanie did a great job keeping the sessions fun and would provide regular feedback on my progress. I would highly recommend Orthopedic Rehabilitation Associates and I’ll definitely go back whenever I get hurt again.

After having a less-than-great experience at another PT office in the area, I was fortunate to find this Orthopedic Rehabilitation Associates location. My PT Stephanie is really, really good. She has a perfect personality for the position and is very smart/up to date on a wide-variety of techniques to treat my herniated disc injury. The PT tech Donovan is also super helpful and a pleasure to interact with. If you are looking for a place that makes you feel at home and also offers top-shelf treatment, look no further!

I have been a client here for the last 10 years, Frankie has been my PT for most of that time. He has helped me recover from multiple injuries and helped me return to my active life style. I don't know what I would do without our dry needling sessions. I would highly recommend Frankie to anyone who is in need of an excellent and caring physical therapist.

Frankie and every associate there were great and they did a good job, I dislocated my knee and I recover very good while going there. They are very funny and it’s not boring, it’s fun. I would go there again but hopefully not until I’m old because I’m still young. But I want to say thank you to everyone there and Frankie for helping me.
