Orthopedic Rehab Associates

So happy to write this review! I was never a big believer in Physical Therapy - my experience here changed my mind! Beginning with a consult from Mark (I had been to both Urgent Care & Spine doc previously and had little clarity as to what was going on), I knew I was in good, capable hands. Before I even had an MRI in hand Mark targeted and explained (in plain English) what likely was going on in my back. I left with a game plan and a PT schedule and stuck to it. I now enter the holiday season able to sleep and function without pain. I do know it’s up to me to continue my exercises at home and I will! A BIG thanks Mark and Dana for everything- I hope I don’t need you again but if I do, I won’t hesitate to return to ORA!

I have been treated by the Orthopedic Rehab Associates for several different issues over many years. The staff is very professional and very experienced. They are a pleasure to work with and are very thorough. They go the extra mile to make sure you are on the right path to healing and feeling better.

My experience at Orthopedic Rehab (Pembroke) was amazing. I am so grateful to Mark and Dana - not only are they exceptional at what they do, they are kind and friendly. I came there limping and left feeling like I could run a marathon! I 100% recommend them

I have used ORA in the past with excellent results working with Mark, This time I was working with Erica and Dana and the results were the same (excellent). All the staff at ORB are personable and knowledgeable and they make the experience enjoyable and successful. I would highly recommend ORB.

I just want to say how amazing they are, right from the beginning when I called to make an appointment. Jessica was wonderful to speak with on the phone and was just as wonderful in person greeting me when I arrived for my appointments with a smile. Then you have Erica and Dana " the all-star team". They made me feel comfortable, did an amazing job with my rehab really listening and taking it in to apply their wealth of knowledge. They light up the room with their enthusiasm for what they do even if you're having a bad day, you can't help but leave their smiling. I came with my own challenge of having a service dog with me. They welcomed him with open arms, I never felt like they didn't want him there which for me was so helpful not stressing over that. My experience with Orthopedic Rehab Associates was great because of Jessica, Erica and Dana. Give them a try and I assure you your experience will be just as amazing as mine was.

I had an excellent experience here. I had injured my shoulder and Erica and Dana instructed me to not only heal but strenthen my shoulder, better than before. Patience and guidance is key to proper healing. Jessica at the front desk was also excellent scheduling appointments and able to change them around when I needed to move my time and ALWAYS with a smile. I would highly recommend Orthopedic Rehab Associates.
