Orthopedic Physical Therapy

I have been using Orthopedic Physical Therapy for 13 years. No matter who does my surgeries, I always go back to them for therapy. They are the best! Olivier, Grant and staff have always taken excellent care of me. They treat you like family and I would never go anywhere else. Just recently, I had knee replacement. This is definitely the hardest recovery I have ever had. Olivier has always been honest and encouraging. He even messages me to give me encouragement. Thanks guys!

All therapists and staff are highly trained professionals. From the moment I walk in to when I walk out, it is always an impresses me. Everyone is kind, yet carry out their work with precision. A special thanks to Caroline for trying some holistic approaches. She truly loved her job and she knows her trade very well. Thanks Nick for recommending Wake Forest Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Jess at the front desk was so professional in setting everything up.. She was friendly and caring and great to talk to. She always took the time to answer my questions. What can I say about Brian Gentile my physical therapist but that he was awesome. Professional, caring always made sure you were ok and doing well. He gave me such support in my therapy. He was great to talk to. Fully knowledgeable of my condition and answered my questions and calmed my anxiety about the healing process. I am so grateful to have had him as my therapist. When I said I couldn't he said yes you can one day at a time. Went to therapy with a walker and came out strong and walking without no device. Thank you Brian for pushing me, making sure I was doing ok and always keeping an eye on me. Carolyn another therapist was awesome too. Kept me going while Brian had vacation. I had terrible sciatica from a herniated L4/L5 disc. The pain had me convinced that only a shot would give me relief. I had an option to try PT first, and so glad that I did. I started feeling positive results by the end of my 2nd week. To say it was a life-changing experience would be an understatement. Caroline was my wonderful therapist and was so helpful, encouraging, and coached me through a series of exercises that have given me immense relief. I looked forward to every session with her and feel so much better now. So HAPPY that I don’t need pills or shots, and my back pain is at “zero” most days and I sleep better, too. I do my exercises each day and life is so much better (and happier). Thanks again Caroline, you are an Earth Angel for all you did for me. Also want to thank Emma, Shelby, Sebastian, and Bellina for their expert assistance as well as Jessica and Dreya at the front desk for their scheduling help. I had a great experience with Orthopedic Physical Therapy in Wake forest. The front desk receptionists, Drea and Jessica, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made me feel welcome and were eager to help me fit appointments in my schedule. My physical therapist, Holly, was also fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and personable, and made me feel at ease during my therapy sessions. She took the time to understand my concerns and tailor my treatment plan to meet my specific needs. For the past three months I have been served at Orthopedic Physical Therapy by a Physical Therapist named Holly Schmitz and interacted with several of the support staff there. My experience is a "first" of receiving physical therapist so it was important to me to find a place I could trust and find reliable with my care. The atmosphere is cheerful and physically spacious. I appreciated the public and both private treatment rooms. The support staff were super friendly and helpful at every turn. The front desk staff always smiled, helped me, and ushered me in for my appointment without hesitation. They had the lowest self-pay rate per hour that I could find and they matched the goodness of that rate with superior service. Holly is a friendly and knowledged therapist who I would refer to any in my family for their own needs. She was experienced, always willing to listen, and answered all of my questions- and I had a lot of those, probably compared to others she has served. She did not push me beyond what I was capable of doing and was ready for in my recovery, respected me and communicated that in her interaction with me, and was gentle and kind in the way she always asked about how the therapy was being experienced relative to pain each time I worked with her. She was sensitive to my need to limit the number of sessions due to finances and did not make me feel "less-than" as a self-pay client. I can't say enough about the stellar help and assistance that Holly, the staff, and the overall organization of Orthopedic Physical Therapy provided me during this time. I will be returning to them and to the care of Holly should I need more physical therapy in the future! I recommend Holly and this practice with full recommendation!
