Orthopedic Physical Therapy

I wish I could have no star at all. I called the office and was put on hold. When the person came back to me, I began to explain that I was returning their call to me to make an appointment there. She seemed confused. I gave her my name again and said “don’t worry about that (referring to my returning their call). I just want to make an appointment for therapy for my shoulder.” She proceeded to say “how about YOU hold on”. After a minute or two, I heard her pick up a call and say “how can I help you?” to someone else and our connection went dead. I called back after about five minutes and no one answered. I got the answering machine. I understand accidents happen, but the way she spoke to me was not kind and she was dismissive. So dismissive, she refused to answer my call back. Very rude.

If I could leave negative stars it would be an understatement. Most unprofessional leadership I’ve ever spoken with, booked out almost a month then refused to treat after they couldn’t email appointment roster and I followed to confirm the appointment. Spoke with Dina, who confirmed there was a transposed digit in the phone number as well as email address they had been leaving voicemails/emails at, which clearly explained the communication error on their behalf. After Dina pleasantly stated she would call me back to possibly get me in today, I received a call from the “Owner”, aggressively stating they needed to be heard and relive the entire conversation I had just previously had with their colleague, I informed her not only did I not wish to bicker and argue about who was responsible for the miscommunication, I just wanted to reschedule and get the intake process done as it has already been a month since I was referred to their practice by my overseeing physician, at which point the woman I was speaking with became so irate she informed me not only was she the “Owner” of the practice, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she informed me that she would refuse to accept me as a client. Extremely disappointed in how this supposed owner conducted herself, Dina was a pleasure to speak with and deserves not only a raise, but should solely handle the phones if the management cannot conduct themselves professionally.

I would not see any other physical therapist...Steve Gamble is a skilled healer with a wonderful bedside manner. He provides individual attention to his clients during the entire session. I enthusiastically recommend him as a caring and competent physical therapist.

Steve is my PT go to. My insurance doesnt cover 100% ,but I wouldnt go anywhere else. He has been a God send
