Lider Chan is incredible PT. While I call it voodoo magic. So I had a shoulder issue for over 15 years. While I could do all kinds of shoulder exercises without a problem. When I bench press or dumbbell press my right shoulder did not like. I am not even benching that much. I had not barbell bench press in over a decade. Literally in 20 mins, Lider found the problem and fixed it. I also had Numbness in my hands and forearms in both arms. After one treatment, it's 95 percent better. Going for another treatment, and that should solve the problem. He really his the man. He should have way more review but he also doesn't ask for them. If you have weird things going on with your body, and something a doctor can't fix without medication. You might what to check Lider out.
