I highly recommend OCC PT. My son is a student athlete and suffered from an overuse injury playing tennis. He received amazing care throughout his rehab. The PT team is extremely knowledgeable in handling sports related injuries and always shows positivity, encouragement and excellent communication at every visit. I can't speak highly enough about Paxton, Kelly and Brian. They are exceptional at what they do! Not only did my son recover, but he gained a better understanding of how to prevent future injuries and learned exercises to keep him strong and stay fit!

My PT Kelly is awesome, the place is solid, but billing is a disaster! $1600 in surprise billing after visiting for 2 plus months??? (They did get in touch with me and we are working on a fair compromise/ solution. Props to them for recognizing the issue and working on it!) Original review- Expect to pay to have them put you into “good pain”! They have helped me immensely, both in healing and gaining strength as well as letting me know how far I can push it out in the real world! I love Kelly! She is the bomb! Update after almost 2 months of visits. Amended review- I still love Kelly but the billing with this place has been less than satisfactory. What kind of place can come to you after you have been visiting for over 2 months and tell you they had billing incorrect and they need to adjust to $104 per visit which is retroactive to visit 1? That’s over $1600 in surprise billing. Shouldn’t they figure this out sooner??? Love my PT but very disappointed with the place.

I had a traumatic injury to my femur and knee over 7 months ago. Having had several PTs in 2 different states, I am happy that I am now working with Garrett. He spent time evaluating my needs and reviewing my prior surgeries and treatments prior to starting with OCC. He has established a program of exercises that have improved my function and allowed me to resume many activities in my daily life. My recovery is still a long road, and he is now working to help get my knee and leg ready for my next upcoming surgery. He continues to oversee the PT assistants helping with my session and ensures that each exercise is properly executed. I appreciate his expertise, his willingness to search for options for my situation and last of all, his sense of humor and great supportive attitude. It certainly helps to get through tough rehab workouts! I highly recommend him as he is the consummate professional and sets a high bar for others in his field.

Garrett has been awesome with my hip replacement! Both prior to surgery and after, helping me to understand the necessary exercises and stretches needed to strengthen my body for a better recovery. I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism and highly recommended him.

I recently had a total knee replacement and have been going to OCC PT to help with my recovery. The staff has been great, I have worked with several of the PTA’s and they all do an outstanding job. Brian is a AT and has been very instrumental in my progress, he warms me up before the session and gets me moving well, it’s my favorite part. It is also very confidence-inspiring and allows me to try that much harder to reach our goals. I’m already ahead of the recovery curve, Brian will get me there sooner I have no doubt!

Jessica was my head pt and she was beyond awesome! She addressed all my issues around my knee replacement. She gave me the best excersises to help me recuperate my knee and I am walking with a new leg! She was always sensitive to my concerns and met each one with great solutions. Also Griffin was amazing. He pushed me to see what I was really capable of. Without these two I think my healing may have been longer. And I have to mention Nicole at the front desk. She always welcomed me like I was family. Also Jennifer always found a way to inest In me.I. grateful to these guys.

Several issues led to giving a 2 star rating. The first is that the cost even with insurance discounts is incredibly high. I'm getting charged $125 dollars for a 30 minute visit where I'm just doing my at home exercises for half the time. I've spent way too much time in PT over the years and this is almost double what I historically paid. Second, they keep making billing errors leading to me being charged $100 more than I should have been. I'm having to spend a ton of time on the phone getting things resolved. Workers there are very friendly otherwise I would give a 1 star.

I've been seeing Garrett for over a year now for various injuries. He's genuinely the best PT I've ever had. I've come in with some pretty painful injuries that I worried would never get better yet he's fixed them all. I highly recommend Garrett - and if you catch him on a good day - you might get to see some of his breakdancing moves, too.
