I love this place. Everyone is so helpful and understanding, when I'm not sure I can do the exercises. They don't push but encourage you to do more. The place is clean and well organized. You can tell everyone respects each other and are always lending an hand when someone needs help with extra customers.

They are very professional and nice. I think my therapist is the smartest person I've ever met in my life. Isaac ( I hope I spelled it correctly ) could answer any question you have . I'll be healing faster because of his knowledge and professionalism. I appreciate all of them. Thank you.

The PT therapist have been terrific. As my lead therapist, Garret has been exceptionally patient and at the same time very clear around what the effort needs to be in order for me to experience improvement in my needs. I have gained a lot of recovery in my knee, and that has been very encouraging and motivating to continue the work to strengthen it and increase its flexibility.

I have been several times since my Reverse Shoulder Replacement. I Jeff is now my PT . Jeff is caring and explains why the exercises are helping me heal. He is also ! . Also a shout out to Nick, he has been assisting as well. too. I return tomorrow, next Wednesday.

I would give this a 5 star review, but it’s only 3 because the receptionists are rude and unprofessional. Dr Lindusky is the ONLY reason I am going back. He is knowledgeable and you can tell he wants the best for his patients.

From previous PT sessions at OCC and elsewhere as my body ages and hurts, I would have thought that there would have been better care and personal interaction with clients by staff. Megan, my first PT for this round of therapy, was very attentive, knowledgeable and human.I rate her very highly. Her replacement in the inexplicable send-them-around-the -country do-si-do of therapists every few months, was pretty good. The manager Garrett is stern, abrupt, and not always right. He and a few of the PTs/assistants would laugh and boomingly yell-- either gathered around the desk while people were trying to do exercises there, or clear across the room-- about personal and pro sports accomplishments, and they'd challenge clients to shows of machismo, sports stats and predictions for the 'big games'. This really distracts from the focus and experience for other clients, who simply want to grow stronger and healthier. I wanted to do my best on all exercises and balance, and yet the noise level and trivial loud conversations by some staff kept me from concentrating. In all of the PT I have done for many many years, both at OCC and elsewhere, I have never seen behavior like that. Some of the assistants and even PTs walk away from clients while they are exercising. I was grateful that mine stayed with me, supported me and challenged me. Some PTs and assistants are quite good and did not participate in the disruptions. I was abruptly told that my last session was my very last. It should have been a joyous time of congratulations, words of encouragement and gratitude going forward. Even though I am not healed, I am left to my own resources, exercising at home and hoping that I do not lose much strength and flexibility. Several people at OCC are very nice and helpful, but others are missing the mark personally and professionally. I requested a list and descriptions of the exercises that they want me to do at home; but after 3 days, I still do not have an email with the information. I do hope that there is a return to having OCC staff cheer on, help and support the clients more, instead of pursuing self-interest. Ely at the front desk is a wondrous person. He is supportive, knowledgeable, is a great cheerleader for clients, and always has a smile and kind words. He embodies what someone working with people who are in need of healing should see and interact with, setting the stage for them to do their best to heal, and then wishing them well as they leave the session.
