Great care, excellent therapists. Really skilled and knowledgeable as well as kind and helpful. Tough surgery but really good care to get me through the recovery phase . Very thankful.

I went to a different PT facility for one month. Although closer to my home and more convenient, they were extremely unprofessional. Then I came back to OCC, which is a 1/2 hr drive for me but well worth the trip. The staff here is very Competent, professional, and yet very friendly. They make you feel at home and cheer you on when you have a success. The front desk people are very accommodating, take a real interest in the patients needs, and are also very friendly.

Great physical therapy team! I have been going twice per week since two total knee replacements and they have gotten my strength and range of motion back. The therapists and assistants are kind and empathetic. They also push for results and work with your doctor.

Re: Left Hip Replacement When I first met with Dr. Judy Kopinski she determined that my left hip cartilage was gone (and my 75 year warranty had run out) and that injection for some possible temporary relief, or a hip replacement, were my options. It was springtime and, being a golfer, I asked if she could keep me moving until the first snowfall. She listened patiently to my inquiries, explained everything to my comfort and satisfaction, and I chose to proceed with a joint injection This was performed deftly without delay, and I was on my way. We repeated the injection in mid-summer, which had a little less durability, as she predicted. I then elected to schedule the hip arthroplasty. Throughout the process her assistant, Laurel, was wonderful in assisting me with the details that always arise in medical care. On the day of surgery, after an earlier pre-surgical visit, Dr. Kopinski again met with me in pre-op to confirm the plan and answer any remaining questions. Her usual very positive demeanor gave me a nice sense of calm and optimism going into the surgery. Having spent a good deal of time in visits with Dr. Kopinski, I am convinced that as much as her engaging competently in her profession, she derives a great deal of personal satisfaction in helping her patients become pain free and mobile, and enhancing their lives. It brings a smile to her face when she talks about it. Post surgery she had a nice visit with my wife in the waiting area to ease her mind. I am now 2 weeks post surgery and am doing very well …. doing therapy and getting around the house with little pain with a cane or walker, and am very optimistic about the future. The only thing I can’t figure our is how she made the first snowfall happen on my surgery date.

I had a first-day bad experience with this Physical Therapy office visit. My appt was 15 min late, and the computer systems were down and everyone seemed kind of lost without their computer. My PT was super nice but not confident at all and made me feel like he didn’t know what he was doing without his computer working. Basic intake questions seemed hard and he stumbled around with finding questions. There were a lot of “Ummm I was going to ask you something but can’t remember now”. There were only 4-6 questions and then one measurement and he was done. He never once got a basic baseline for my injury. Never performed any type of rehab or stretching. He printed out papers and said to do them at home. I asked many friends of mine if this happened to them with their PT experience and they said “Absolutely not”. As an athlete, I need to get back to 100 percent and I felt like the first day was a waste of my money for printed-out sheets and confusion without their computers. I decided to go somewhere else who would be more aggressive with my care.

My experience at OCC was wonderful. I started out working with Rebecca, she was kind and knowledgeable, and I was seeing results. Because of my personal scheduling issues, I switched to Bryan. . Bryan was phenomenal! He finished off where Rebecca left off. Bryan is very talented and his experience in therapy is apparent. He educated me on things related to my injury. His treatments, and exercises he had me doing-really made a difference. I feel 100% better and I was really concerned I would not. I was so pleased I was in great hands. All the employees that assisted the therapists there had such good attitudes and were a pleasure to be around. I also want to mention the customer service at the front desk. Kudos to them! I would highly recommend OCC!

Sarah, the PT I worked with, was very skilled! Plus her personality is fantastic. I looked forward to my appointments. The PT assistants were all very positive. They were able to give me great suggestions.
