Orthopedic Centers of Colorado Physical & Occupational Therapy - Denver Rose/Cherry Creek

Don’t waste your time or money here. This place is best suited for after surgery recovery with very specific aftercare. I came in seeking support for a general issue and went through two rounds of x-rays and two doctors telling me to try PT. I didn’t feel confident in my care when the therapist assigned to my case told me he didn’t understand the recommendation for me to try PT again (after the second x-ray) but assigned me a course of it anyway (for $$$?) and the assisting techs were even less interested in helping. You literally had to chase them around for guidance or wait for them to stop talking to each other to tell you your next step. Nice people in general, but again, better suited for surgery rehab.

I've had two knee replacements this year and the therapists at OCC have played a major role in my recovery. They're knowledge, communication, and encouragement make the sessions fly by. When I do have a set back, they listen and adjust the focus for that session, recommend additional exercises I can do at home. Then we're back on track. They push just enough so I know how much I can improve. I sincerely appreciate my time with them. The front office staff is amazing as well. Very efficient and proficient in their work. I know how clients in pain can make a job hard but they make it look easy. A big thank you to you all.

You told my wife and I that we could make payment arrangements and that you would absolutely work with me. Now I find out that that was not true. And the amount you require is set in stone. I would never have went for this $220,000 surgery if I had known you weren't going to try and work with me at all. I'm going on 66 years old and now I have no reason to ever get out of bed. Thanks for ruining the end of my life! I'll try to find other places to review your greediness. UPDATE, I have found that I am expected to initiate all conversations by phone, text, or email. No one ever calls me back if I leave a message I have to just try and call again. That makes it frustrating to work out any kind of payment arrangement which they don't seem to want unless it's large numbers. I am willing to live on one top Ramen noodles each day. What more do you want? I already live paycheck to paycheck.

I have a knee injury that required surgery. I saw Aaron multiple times before surgery & have started post surgery therapy. He is amazing. Willing to answer all my questions, he's kind & professional as well. The entire staff at OCC are all great & I highly recommend this place!

My therapist is so good at what she does. She is knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the way they handle patient needs and scheduling - trying their best always. I highly recommend them.

Visited on Monday for x-rays and what's next. Physical therapy being done at the OCC on Hale Pkwy. Callie and Dr. MacTaggart were very kind as usual. The doctor said that x-rays looked good and I'll see you in 6 weeks for a follow-up. Really cool new digs also!

I have found Orthopedic Centers of Colorado Physical Therapy to be extremely professional and helpful. My therapist Kayden is the best PT I have ever worked with. The women at the front desk who makes appointments is alao especially nice.
