i have had a very positive experience though out this entire process. Dr Falkner did a great job on the surgery and all the staff at the Aurora office are pleasant and helpful. Walter , my pt was patient and encouraging with every visit and new exercise. I hope that I never need shoulder replacement again but if I did I would go to Dr Falkner again

This Cowboy highly recommends this location in Aurora, Colorado. From the receptionist to the therapists, from the type of equipment used to their location, are all top quality and professionalism. I, and my wife, are extremely satisfied with my treatment, and progress, there. They are as if they were my extended family that I get along with very well, all the time. They are sensitive, personable, and highly attentive to my needs and goals toward a complete recovery from my surgery and a major setback post surgery. If I could give them a sky full of stars, I would, but you only allow a five, so I give them the best "5- Star Rating" possible gladly! 🐎

The receptionist has always been efficient and cordial. My giving 4 stars instead of 5 is more of a reflection on how slow my recovery from menisectomy is coming along. The scope procedure was done 10 weeks ago and i thought I would have totally recovered by now. There are weeks where i don't see progress. Now, as for Phys. therapy, Matt, the therapist has been very good, 5 star. He does seem to care and he is well versed in all the therapy procedures to give me a good PT experience. I am glad that he has been the therapist I see.

Clinically the front desk and therapy staff are a 10! The issue that takes the score down is one of space. They did rearrange the equipment but with the number of therapists/PTA's and their patients, it gets tight. They are very accommodating of each other such as, stopping to pass a piece of equipment they just used so another patient can be treated and moving to the other side of a table or-having the patient lie with their head at the opposite end of the table so each therapist can work effectively. These are just a few of my observations. Having worked in health care and done several new construction and remodels, I see space that could be utilized - the waiting area closest to the treatment room could be treatment area. The 1/2 wall is easy to remove and replace when necessary. Or, rent them their own office space. Chis, Genesis and the front office young lady (I'm sorry, I can't remember her name but she always greets me by name) are amazing. I'm so sorry to see such a talented, knowledgeable and therapist who is always sensitive to the client's needs go. Good Physical Therapists are few and far between.

My husband, Michael, had hip replacement surgery by Dr. Arthur in August 2024. We were impressed by Dr. Arthur's professionalism and skill. Michael is very satisfied with the outcome of the surgery and the healing process. Our thanks to Dr. Arthur and also the nursing staff. Personally we both like Dr. Arthur and will recommend him to family and friends.

I received excellent care from Dr Jeffers and the staff at the clinic and surgery center. Everyone was very kind and professional. Dr.Jeffers did an excellent job on my shoulder arthroplasty. My rehabilitation has been without any complications. I've had minimal discomfort for a couple of days. I now have good range of motion. I have begun physical therapy in order to build muscle strength. I'm so glad I had this surgery and that I was referred to Orthopedic Centers of Colorado.

I’m not one to say much however the perfume or whatever is being set off is so strong it give me a headache just waiting for my PT. I’ll have to quit coming to PT. as I can’t put up with the smell. I don't need a bad headache on top of everything else .

Since my first visit EVERYONE has been very informative, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend OCC. Dr Caufield & his team are wonderful! I would highly recommend this group of professionals. Thank you Dr Caufield for a great job
