I have been attending physical therapy at the Crown Point location for 8 weeks. Nicole and Tanya are the absolute best! They are very knowledgeable in their field which gave me the confidence that I chose the right place for my PT needs. Both Nicole and Tanya are so personable that they actually make it a fun place. If you are in need of PT give OBTS you won't be disappointed!

OBTS really helped me out so much! My issues improved and I feel a lot better. I especially appreciate the staff. They really know what they're doing and when challenged to something they may not know a great deal about, then they do research and rise to the challenge! Madonna and her team are the best. Very professional, attentive and caring. Their treatment center makes you feel relaxed and at home. I completed an eight-visit treatment plan for Vertigo and dizziness with amazing results. I have improved my balance, stability, posture and confidence. I decided to continue my care at OBTS for a degenerative meniscus tear, on my right knee. At age 67, I suffered knee pain while climbing stairs and walking on uneven surfaces. Again, I achieve positive results after graduation from a 12-visit treatment plan. Now I am able to walk and climb with minimal to no pain. Both of my knees feel stronger and more stable. My compliments to Madonna, Deanna, Tanya and Emily for doing a great job. I highly recommend the Crown Point facility to all.

A wonderful place to heal. They helped me prepare for my surgery and after crafted a plan that returned strength and flexibility. The entire staff is welcoming and supportive. Nic was amazing at listening to me about what hurt, figuring out the cause and how to fix it. THANK YOU ALL!

My wife was left in agony after a procedure that used needles. She got home and there was still a needle in her neck. There response was not sympathetic and made it sound like it was her own fault. These people need to be put out of work!

The therapists here are excellent. I felt like they truly care for their patients and really enjoy what they do. I appreciated the one-on-one care I received and had a treatment course that was tailored to my needs. I also improved tremendously and wouldn’t hesitate to come here again if I needed it or to refer friends and family here if they need physical therapy in the future. Thanks to all the staff there. I had a great experience here! I woke up with vertigo one morning, and they got me in immediately. They're very responsive and helpful. Nicole has been amazing to work with. She's incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and we had some good laughs, too. The staff is great, and I'm feeling much better after going here!
