Orthopedic Associates of Hartford

My wife originally had a physical therapy appointment scheduled for 10:30 when a receptionist called a day before the appointment and asked if we could come in at 8. As a courtesy we rearranged our day to meet their request. We ran into some traffic and arrived 5 minutes past the grace time for our appointment and instead of working with us they refused to take my wife in and made her reschedule. We drove over 30 miles and sat in 1 hour of traffic to make it to this appointment and they chose to not care about our time and schedule. The people in the Manchester office have no respect for anyone and we will be moving to the Plainville office asap
