My teenage son injured his knee at football camp and we were so afraid it would be the end of his season. What a blessing OSPI has been to us! Dr. Stewart was thorough and professional, but it was Dr. Derek Price that made the difference to my son. He really knows his stuff! My son was immediately comfortable with Derek; he is personable and fun and crazy good at his job. I am amazed at how quickly my son progressed and recovered. I also have to give a shout-out to Laura in billing. She helped us navigate a new insurance and gave us the best deal possible. Love this place!

Thought all my payments were up to date. 14 months later I received a bill for just under $100. I double checked and found it was valid just only bill sent out to me was very late on the offices part. I payed it the very next day. Received Aug 17, paid Aug 18, cashed Aug 24th. I have received 3 text messages, 3 phone calls and an email all asking for a payment that they already cashed. The Doctors are good but the office is a mess. After about 10 years of service, I will never go back.

I've been to other chiropractic offices where I felt like I was just a quick payment coming through the door. When I was seen by Dr. Derek Price I DID NOT get that feeling of being rushed from him or the other staff members at all. You can tell they want you to feel better as soon as possible, and I feel like was getting way better service for less money then I was paying at another place. I will definitely be returning

I spun my wheels with another medical group for 18 months trying to get a little relief from growing pain in my shoulder. I met with the OSPI team and Dr. Clouse and couldn't be happier! Even despite running late to one of my appointments, I have never had a long wait in the waiting room. Having already exhausted treatment options such as cortisone injections, physical therapy, etc we were able to proceed to the surgical options directly. I had my procedure on August 2nd and was back to work 2 days later! Physical therapy is now outsourced and I couldn't be happier with OSPI's recommendation there either. Everyone at OSPI has been great. Very dedicated and invested in my well being. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Went there because of my back pain. The first visit with Dr Clouse made me waited for over an hour. They can do CT scan on site which is a plus. But after the first visit, the doctor ordered the physical therapy in house, which turned out later were billing nightmare. I have to pay over $100 dollars per visit after insurance because my insurance doesn't cover it. I have BCBSAZ PPO 80/20 with 1,500 deductible which I considered it was a very good plan. My main issue is they did very similar things for every visit, and all of them were all charged differently based on the code they sent to the insurance. And they of course charged you by minutes. And to my memory, there were few times, they were somewhat overbooked, so I was there doing exercise by myself, which I could do at home. Of course, I didn't have record of those, because who would document every minutes of things they are doing? After the PT, the doctor also sent me to their in house chiropractor. He is nice, but he is no longer practice there. They didn't tell me until I called for this week's appointment and they didn't even give me a reference to other chiropractor. And that point, they did not have any chiropractor in house. Overall, there were minimal good experience with this group of people. I will never come back and I will never recommend anyone come. Editing after a year going there: I recently got a bill from this place about over $900 for a psychological assessment after a year of my first visit. I am so done with this place. Seriously? A psychological assessment for what? I did recall I answered questions on their iPad which they required you to do before you could see the doctor. Those questions were so basic, you could easily find everywhere online! And nobody told me they were evaluating my mental health or gave me any feedback. DON’T GO THERE!!!

Started out well then turned bad in a hurry. Well I guess it wasn't really a hurry, considering it took 2 months to get me to this point. I went for a nagging knee pain and Dr. Stewart listened, took X-rays and administered a cortisone shot and I went on my way. 2 weeks later I was back for a follow up, pain was still there. This time I was sent for an MRI, instead of asking me to drop off the images and he would look at them, I had to set up another appointment. Not a big deal except for the fact that I have a $40 copay each visit. Next visit he looked at the MRI, quickly told me what he thought it was, said he would speak with his partners about a course of action and get back with me. This visit was a total of 3 minutes. Not to mention at each of these visits I was not given ANY paperwork or additional information on the conditions. 2 and a half weeks later I have yet to hear from anyone in his office. Frustrated, I called and asked if I could pick up my images and a summary of my visits so I could see anther doctor. Without hesitation or questions the receptionist said "Yes you can pick them up". At this point I knew for certain I was DONE with OSPI but a little courtesy or inquiry as to why I was leaving would have gone a long way and may have prevented this review. I would NOT recommend OSPI to anyone that asks and wish I had my time and money back. And YES the pain is still there and getting worse. Gave 1 star because 0 wasn't an option.

Do not go here for your care. They are not honest and explicit about the charges you will receive. I went in for what is a rather mild issue. Was displeased with the doctor and decided that the office wasn’t a good fit for me. Then the bill came with a line item of over $100 for me to pay for a “psychological exam.” What is this item, you may ask? Well, it’s a quiz that they give you as part of your intake paperwork. Yep. That’s right. Paying over $100 for the patient to type in answers on a tablet and that’s it. No medical treatment is even done. It’s a questionnaire. When I called them to discuss they said it’s mandated by law to offer this questionnaire and to take it up with my insurance. I contested with my insurance saying that it wasn’t consented “treatment” (if you could even call it that). And it got denied. While it may be required by law and negotiated by insurance companies it is highly unethical to pass those charges to the patient without their knowledge or consent of service. I was handed a tablet saying it’s a mental health questionnaire. Not that I would be charged for this intake action. Please find somewhere more honest for your care. Also, when the only option for a treatment they suggest is surgery, you know something is fishy.

Enjoyed the staff in the PT area. However OSPI as a company is a disaster. They have yet to refund me the money they owe me and its been a year. I'm told that they are updating their system. I don't know of a system that takes this long to update (OVER 6 months). They owe me over $300, they took my money and my insurance's money. I've been patient and kind through this process but when I called today I was told the same, "We are updating our system we will escalate this and someone will get back to me." I have had enough. When I asked when they told me to call back in a week. Besides this billing disaster the medical side they switched my doctor 4 times in the 6 months I went there, sometimes I found out when I went to my appointment or my procedure, If it wasn't for the PT Staff I wouldn't have left well before I did. BEWARE!!! I will be contacting the BBB and Cigna to inform them of this practice and their creative billing practices.
