I was in a great deal of pain and had been for several years. Dr. Gerlach and his assistant Susie Hose both did a fantastic job letting me know my options for treatment. After surgery I am 7 weeks out and virtually pain free and feel like I have my life back! Thank you ! Thank you!

Highly recommend. Called in the morning and was given a same-day appointment with Dr. Pater. He was very kind and made my child feel comfortable. All the staff, from scheduling to front desk to imaging, were also nice and efficient. We were in and out fairly quickly given that my child ended up getting a cast!

Dr Gerlach and his surgical team provided impeccable service! My discectomy was seamless from start to finish. Dr Gerlach is incredibly kind, reassuring, thorough, professional, confident, and genuine. I could not have asked for a better experience. He gave me my life back!! I recommend him 1000%.

I unfortunately had a terrible experience with this facility. It took them 3 months to see me for a potential surgery, then when I showed up they said they couldn't see me and told me to reschedule. The doctor was quite rude and seemed upset that I got an MRI and XRay someplace else and didn't have them with me when I went in. However, when they made the appointment they told me they wouldn't need them. I've had the appointment scheduled for 3 months, rearranged my schedule so I could go in, and they kicked me out within minutes. They wouldn't answer my questions. It was an awful experience.

I Needed a cast replacement before an international trip (cast is loose due to my swelling going down after two weeks post injury). They refused to let me come in for cast care unless I sccheculed an appt and x rays with the doctor. Neither appointment time before my trip worked for me. So now am I stuck with an ill fitting and uncomfortable cast for a two week international trip. The medical assistant I spoke with about this was rude and condescending and unwilling to offer other solutions.

Came in for a second opinion and left knowing exactly who I wanted to work with on my injuries. Ocr has been amazing

We work closely with this facility, we refer patients out constantly. They always be getting them in quickly, are always very friendly and always gets us patients notes to our clinic in a timely manner.. (shout out Chelsea B!!!) you our girlll!
