They are further from me than the Fairfield office, but I am to get quicker appointments here at the shelton office. I've been here before for chiro. This time went to Dr Sabo for my back pain. They have self checkin machines. It will ask for your ID and insurance card to scan. So have them ready. I was seen in decent time. We went over my medications history and he assessed my pain to pinpoint where I felt it most. I thought I could get a shot same day, but I have to come back which is a bummer bc I'm at out of pocket max right now, so I don't have to pay anything. But in a few days I'll be back to having to pay. Parking lot is large, but always packed. There's a restaurant on the same lot, right in front of osg facility, so pay attention when driving bc you could miss it. When you see FattyPatty, turn in! There's ample handicap spaces. Automatic doors and elevators.

Worst office staff I have ever encountered after being in healthcare for almost 30 years myself. Called office day after experiencing a shoulder injury. I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. Office visit took 2.5 hours to complete while in excruciating pain. Most of that time was waiting for the med asst to complete tasks. Med asst proceeded to give me someone else’s paperwork to sign. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to provide my paperwork. Due to level of pain I asked several times when my prescription would be called in. I Was told “right now, I don’t want to forget”. I contacted the pharmacy 2 hours later only to be told the prescription was not called in. I called the doctors office several times and was told it would be sent immediately and urgently. After a few more hours and 3 additional calls to the office, I was told by Kathleen the the office supervisor that I needed to stop calling and “harassing” the staff. My office visit stated at 10;45am. It was 4:30 in the afternoon that I was still waiting. Kathleen was condescending, rude and completely lacking compassion. While in tears all day due to excruciating pain she proceeded to tell me that I needed to calm down. She insinuated that I had a low tolerance for pain. She mocked me during our entire telephone encounter. I now know why the rest of the staff is so bad based on the behavior of the supervisor. This is so unacceptable to me and I hope I never treat any patient in pain with such disregard.

I'm in the middle on this but right now tilting to the low side. Doctors I have met there have been very good. My big negative is that a week after having an MRI, I had to contact them to get results. No one contacted me. Then I was told I had to schedule an in person appointment to go over the results and next appt is 2 1/2 weeks from now. They will not go over the results on the phone. Not even sure if anyone has looked at it. Guess if there's a major problem and there's something I shouldn't be doing, I'll find out then. Or when I do that thing.

My experience at the OSG Shelton office was seamless. Adequate handicapped parking, easy check-in, NO wait. Efficient receptionists and a clean, pleasant professional space.

I went in for a painful shoulder that I injured. I was seen quickly especially since this was the day after a holiday. The staff was very nice and friendly. I was scheduled for a MRI. I have had MRI's before but never on my shoulder. I went in and could not do it as my anxiety went through the roof. The staff was amazing!! I felt so stupid and bad, but they just reassured me it was ok. The techs were awesome! My doctor was professional and friendly. My husband has also been here and we both agree we wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had appointment with Dr Fabian and she was absolutely wonderful. I wished I had met her before . I had Knee injections because I have arthritis in my knees and I already feel so much better . I was a little afraid of the injections but once again Dr Fabian is so great that I felt almost nothing and it was quick . I am so happy I have met her . The office is very nice and also caring team .

I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy or nightmare to anyone. That staff by the name of Nicole Victor (DPT) is the most unethical, disrespectful staff I have ever met. She has broken every single HIPPA medical privacy act you can think of. First and foremost she is constantly on her phone during patient care. At least while I was in her care! 1. Overall rating of care received during my visit is a zero 2. There was no concern for patient privacy what so ever. She has violated all HIPPA regulations. When she decided to discuss my MRI result out in an open concept on the floor. When I mentioned for her to come over to my location to discuss and not being 6feet or more away. With her loudness. 3. She does know the meaning of comfort nor does she have any concern for questions or worries from her patients. Please note when the issue was escalated to the Director of patient care Robert Thompson, it didn’t seem like he even cared. I explained several staffs looked as if his staff has lost her mind with her unprofessionalism. He then proceeded to ask if the staff were tech support as if it made a difference. OSG I’m not sure where have you found these people from who are so out of touch with the patients. This is not the same atmosphere that I encountered over 10years ago!! Highly Disappointed!!!!

Highly recommend this place! I decided to schedule an appointment after hurting my knee in jiu jitsu class a month ago and still having knee pain. They were able to quickly see me, and schedule all my follow ups within a few days. I got to work with Dr. Weiland who was very friendly, experienced, and thorough and finally got a proper diagnosis and care plan so I can be on my path to recovery. Thanks again!
