I thought I would give them a chance despite the negative reviews. I called multiple times and nobody answered and the voicemail box wasn’t set up. I showed up in person and the office was empty. I requested an appointment on their online portal and nobody got back to me. I recommend trying to find a different office.

Dr Reed and his staff are the best. Especially his Manager Anna in Van Nuys. Best rehab results and treatment by an office I have ever had. They care they work hard and they could not be nicer or more effective. Jack knows all the right moves to get you stronger and mobile and Richard does some great tissue and flexibility work. Awesome spot.

I came here 2 weeks after having slap repair done on my left shoulder and got 0 to no help in rehab. The girls behind the desk are too busy on their phones or flirting with the therapist to care what's going on. I go for shoulder work and am told to kick water in the pool. Horrible place. Honestly way better spots than this hole in the wall

My husband called two weeks ago to schedule a post op appointment for PT. He should be getting treatment, yet no one at the office has gotten back to him. Negligent and completely unprofessional.
