Overall great experience from the time i called to schedule an appointment through the end of the appointment. Typically with specialists there is a waiting time of at least a couple weeks but I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered an appointment within 2 days. The staff member on the phone was very friendly and knowledgable unlike many medical offices these days. There was no wait time the day of the appointment and the doctor was in to see me soon after x-rays. Dr. Cantlon was friendly and professional. He explained all of this findings in details and took the time to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend both ONS and Dr. Cantlon.

Rarely get motivated to wrote a negative review but was treated so rudely by the receptionist today. This place is the definition of corporate medical care. If you want a place that cares look elsewhere. (and look up all the other 1 star reviews that say the same thing about ONS)

Dr. LaRusso was extremely knowledgeable and informative. She has given me more information about my medical issue than 4 different doctors I went to did. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a rheumatologist.

Dr Sahler explained my diagnosis carefully and in depth. He explained the various options and when they might be implemented. He scripted a detailed PT plan. Careful, patient and thorough. It was an excellent visit.

Dr. LaRusso is wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and personable - but I do want to emphasize that she is super up to date in understanding and prescribing medications for autoimmune diseases. Takes a complete history; listens very closely to what you have to say and is always prepared for your appointment. Very happy that ONS added this rheumatologist to their practice - what a great addition to the ONS team.
