I wwnet by ambulance to Greenwich hospital ER trauma unit aften a bad biking accident. I was hospitalized with 4 fractures in my pelvis. After my hospital stay I was discharged with instructions to follow up at ONS ASAP. Subsequently, when I called ( which was 3 times)the first appointment they could give me was 5 weeks after my discharge. I am not sure why Greenwich hospital would refer their discharged patients for an ASAP appointment to ONS when ONS cannot accommodate discharged patients . To be fair when I needed surgery for a fractured hip I had a wonderful experience and gave 5 stars. I feel like if ONS cant operate they are not interested in the patient I am also going to contact Greenwich hospital about their referral process..

ONS and Dr Sethi were again a pleasure to work with. Years ago Dr Sethi recommended a PRP shot that saved me from a very tough knee surgery/recovery. So when he told me he could get my shoulder back to square one at a fairly minimal cost, I didn't hesitate for a second. After four months of physical therapy, I'm now on the other side. I'm delighted to be back at peak strength and health, and grateful to Dr Sethi and his colleagues at ONS for steering me toward this terrific outcome. Many thanks!

Went for plantar fasciitis. My appointment was with Dr. Clain, who performed bunion surgery on my foot 7 years ago . The doctor and his Nurse Paula are efficient, professional and supportive of their patients.

Amory Fiore is a gifted kind and masterful neurosurgeon. I hated the idea of spinal fusion with all my heart. Dr Fiore, over a year of care, showed deep caring and intelligence and objectivity. Finally, we were ready for surgery. His care for my comfort and the ultimate outcome were clear. His team are just outrageously competent. ONS has new software and no one knows how to use it. Since they sold out to private equity, shareholders are more important than patients/customers. Cannot get the group, I.e. Physician Assistant or Doc’s to reach out as they don’t know new software. Nice / Good Physicians, poor operations management.
