Orthology - Lake Success

I had the best experience here! I was nervous about PT because I always heard horror stories about it but I had the exact opposite experience. Everyone at this facility is wonderful and extremely helpful from the receptionists, aides, to the Physical Therapists. The PT who treated me, Sammy, was the absolute best. He made me feel so comfortable from my very first visit. Sammy is kind, knowledgeable, patient, and down to earth. He came up with a treatment plan that I could incorporate into my daily routine. I hope I don't injure myself again but if I do I know where I will be going to get back to 100%.

I had plantar fasciitis and I was in a lot of pain and really had trouble walking. Jeremy Smuckler was my PT. He manipulated my foot each session and my pain was significantly reduced. I am actually amazed, I feel almost normal. The rest of the staff is helpful and professional. I highly recommend Orthology.

Extremely satisfied, the staff is friendly and very professional. My experience has been nothing but terrific, my shoulder is almost at 100 percent. My therapist makes me feel comfortable and explains everything , P T works when you have the right people!

had a GREAT experience here. I was dreading having to go physical therapy - I generally don't like people touching me, run away from hugs, never had a massage, cut my own hair. I sat on a shoulder injury for many months (a year?) hoping it'd heal on its own with time. it did not. Mike Teves did great for me, kept me encouraged and on track, and I have 100% mobility in my shoulder again. The staff were all very friendly, especially Sky and Allyson. and Rich always very helpful with positive upbeat energy all the time. Don't put off PT it's fine

I would highly recommend this facility if anyone needs PT. Lauren is an amazing Therapist. I could not ask for any better Therapist than her. Staff is great and got my knee back to normal without needing surgery...an expert in his field...though physical therapy made me functional much better and she made it enjoyable with her humor while applying the PT procedures...thank you so much Lauren, Chadd.

I can’t say enough about Orthology in New Hyde Park. The customer service you will receive from the front desk staff is exceptional. It is a very busy office but the 4 ladies at the front desk are not only professional but are patient, caring and helpful. It’s rare to go to an office where all the front reception staff are welcoming and respond in a positive manner. I also can’t say enough about my physical therapist, Steven B. He is an excellent therapist and has helped me on the road to recovery from knee surgery. Prior to my surgery, I had gone to PT for patella tendinitis with my knee and wasn’t getting better- Steve advised to inquire with my orthopedist to get an MRI. Through his intuition and being a great PT - sure enough I had a torn meniscus in 2 places and needed surgery. I was so thankful through his care and skills that he knew something else was going on and suggested to get an MRI. I would highly recommend this facility if you need physical therapy.

I began working out again after a long hiatus, I noticed something wasn’t quite right with my knee. After countless Tylenol and an MRI, I was headed towards surgery, until I heard about Orthology. My doctor and I spoke about PT, and I’m glad we did! From the moment I walked into Orthology, I felt so comfortable! Not only was the environment inviting, but the office staff is great, and each person in the PT area is absolutely amazing! Stephanie worked with Lenny to develop a treatment plan for me that alleviated my issues, and prevented surgery! They taught me so much during our sessions that I have carried with me to my work outs, and I feel so much better. Thank you Stephanie, Lenny, and everyone there for being the absolute best!

I absolutely love Orthology in Lake success for physical therapy. I have been there numerous times for my knees, shoulder, and back and I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. I have mainly worked with Melissa Schaub. She is an amazing therapist who always went above and beyond to help me. All the other therapists there are also great. ( I worked with others at various times). The place is very professional, but also warm and inviting. I highly recommend Orthology to anyone who needs physical therapy.
