OrthoIndy West Physical Therapy

I have always had great experiences with Ortho Indy in the past. Their physical therapy at Brownsburg did not disappoint! The front desk staff is friendly when I check-in. The therapist and therapist assistant have been nothing but helpful and kind. They have pushed me gently and encouraged me through my sessions. Many times with large facilities you can get lost in their system. I have never had that issue here.

This is a ridiculous place ever seen in my life. The staff is not well trained. They are just passing time and making a lot of money. I was late by 5 mins & therapist gave me just 10 mins out of 30 mins. In fact I should be given 25 mins. Staff is rude & not co-operative at all. Not a worth place for treatment

Have the person double check that they actually entered your appointment when you start so you don't show up and have the person say you don't exist in the system. Glad I left a busy work day to be embarrassed.

Very friendly staff, they are always on time!
