I've been going here for a while and my therapist has always been so kind, listens to my problems, and offers advice when needed. I've always had a variety of exercises and have received massages when needed. The front desk is always so accommodating with my appointments as well. I will always recommend this office!

Looking for some assistance obtaining some records required for a pretty serious personal event that led me overnight surgery and three months of physical therapy. The lady's exact words were, "I don't have time." (to send me an email) after transfering me 4 times to the wrong person. Couldnt believe the unprofessionalism from Tori. If she answers just hang up, she is unwilling to help you! After the fifth phone call she was in fact able to print out the document that i requested. Crazy how that works out. God forbid i ask her to mail the document as i live about an hour away, I'm sure she would have said no anyways. My phyisical therapist Kelly was wonderful however it seems like they may have also scared her away. She no longer works for the company.

The people here are nice, but they do not help in your recovery. They don’t listen when you feel you want more or different exercises. You just do the same things they give you day 1 to do at home every time you go with no therapeutic massage and it is a waste of time and money. After 1 1/2 months of no new strength exercises and feelings of going nowhere I had to change to a helpful PT facility.

The team has been a great help in my sons journey back to baseball!

Great therapist but on more than one occasion I showed up for an appointment and it had been cancelled without notifying me.
