Orthofast Shelton

My son broke his arm last night at 7:25. I called Orthofast in Shelton at 7:40 asking if I got there in 10 minutes if they'd be willing to see my son even though they close at 8. I was told yes. When we got there, we received prompt service. The whole medical staff was patient and kind. They did not rush us. They gave my son great medical attention and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!!!

Extremely slow here! Waited 20 minutes for the receptionist to acknowledge I'm standing in front of her which at this time I was the only patient in there. Then she finally checked me in sat there for half an hour, I then asked how long I was going to be there, she said, another half hour so. The girl was more interested in flirting with the kids who came in behind me. If you plan on wasting your day waiting I'd go here that's a good place to meditate and catch up on your reading!

The staff were nice and very helpful. I was in much pain due to a knee injury. The staff made sure I was made comfortable and explained my injury and explained my assistive devices. Follow Up: I would recommend the facility. Most staff That I encountered were so helpful. Dr Tupper took the time to explain my injuries and helped me get my MRI. I would’ve given the facility 5 stars however I needed to follow up with getting my MRI authorized and a woman up front was not professional and told me they were busy and asked me to call the image scheduling facility to see if they could take a verbal to verify my MRI wasn’t done at OSG. When I asked if she could fax verification information I was informed they were busy and I was left to advocate for myself. thankfully Pam at Dr Brittis office was nice and helped me.

Very pleasant experience from the front desk X-ray tech to Dr Lucky

I had initially stopped at my primary care affiliated walk in at 3:30, seen by the APRN. We talked about my issue, and subsequently was referred here . We walked in at 4:30, we were pleasantly greeted , screened, x-rays were taken , followed by a thorough examination by the doctor . He took the time to show me the x-ray results and interpret them for me I'm scheduled for a follow up in two weeks

I would highly recommend Orthofast to anyone in need of their services. Under the circumstances I had the best experience with them. I went in last night at 7:30 PM. Dr. Glaser, his MA and Rad Tech were nothing but kind and sympathetic towards me. I have no insurance and unlike other reviews I see, I did not feel that they were "just after money" Dr. Glaser even told me the boot that i needed i could probably get off amazon for cheaper. Yes we waited a little while before someone came up to the front desk to check us in, but there was a sign letting you know to have a seat. Even with that much quicker and less expensive then going to the ED. Big thanks to the Orthofast Team!

I was pleasantly surprised by how quick, convenient and thorough this place was. I also loved the doctor that I met with. He was very funny and very thorough. Hey scheduled everything for my follow up and I didn't have to stress about doing anything. I will definitely come back.

I noticed reviews were old. They were friendly. Informative. And actually moved quick for a walk in. I was nervous due to the lack of reviews and all the offices around that had reviews were poor. I don’t normally leave reviews but hope this helps someone else out.
