OrthoArkansas in North Little Rock provided a very good experience. Prior to my appointment I completed new patient paperwork online, which is very convenient. Upon arrival I entered an No-Wait-Zone. (I didn’t even know there was such a thing!) All staff members were smiling and efficient. I was called from the waiting room immediately, X-rays were done, my paperwork reviewed in the examination room, and within 2-3 minutes Morgan Hayes, APRN came into my room. She seemed sincerely interested in my concerns, comments, questions - asking detailed follow-up questions, clarifying, making sure I understood my situation and available treatment options. It appeared she was willing to spend as much time as needed with no concern about the time. When I met Ms Hayes, because of her youth, I saw a young girl walk in, but I saw a gracious, caring and knowledgeable medical professional when I left. Because of my overall satisfaction, I highly recommend this clinic and Morgan Hayes.

Everyone is very professional and friendly. They keep you informed with what's going to happen. Dr Schock is an excellent orthopedic doctor, he explained everything in a kindly manner. If and when the time comes for surgery I would have no hesitation in choosing him.

Morgan has been treating me for quite some time at another office, I was devastated when she left and didn’t know where she went. An advertisement came in the mail to my House, my mouth dropped and I couldn’t wait to get an appointment. Get the best treatment possible again. The immediate staff members working with her were so kind and helpful with everything I needed!!! I’m anxious to feel better promptly.

The staff and Doctors were very friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and explained my situation in detail and the best possible treatment plan in my case!! Made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel like it was just another doctor experimenting with my medical conditions. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I had a referral from my PCP to see Dr. Bell at OrthoArkansas. The building itself is very large, clean, and calming. They played ocean waves on a large screen in the wait room. Even though there were many patients, the wait time wasn't bad, as we were called back rather quickly. I've only had my one experience, but it was a good one. After x-rays and visiting with the orthopedic doctor, I was immediately referred to physical therapy that accepted my insurance, who also called very quickly to arrange an appointment. The entire staff are pretty bright and very friendly. Setting up a follow-up appointment was also very easy.

Everyone was awesome and knowledgeable. The doctor was great. He made me feel very at ease. He was friendly and made sure I was comfortable and made sure I knew step by step what he was doing before he did it. I hope you had a great Birthday doctor.

Great place. Dr Sims is the best. He gives his undivided attention to your needs and listens to what you have to say. He lets you know what to expect .

I've been using Ortho Arkansas for a while now and have nothing but good to say if anyone I have spoken with. I recently had an awesome visit where I checked in a couple minutes late, and still, I was called before I got settled in my seat. Not only that, but the physician was in the room about 30 seconds later. We managed to cover the normal, and new concerns, along with a plan and I was in my car 15 minutes after I checked in! I was very impressed with the service.
