Karlene is amazing. She takes the time to cover everything about the surgery making you feel at ease. I am now having my other knee done. She has excellent skills I had surgery on my other knee 6 months ago and the scar is almost completely gone.

When the surgery was first performed, it took a turn that left me with a longer recovery And significantly more Discomfort. Marissa was the perfect conduit between the doctor and the office and Wes is the most helpful person out of the entire team. Marissa answered all my questions and calmed my anxiety. I had my follow up appointment today and Marissa was once again, very communicative and easy to understand, Clear instructions and all with a terrific bedside manner. Thank you Marissa!!

Dr. Odgers operated on my finger after I suffered an on-the-job injury. I was in very competent hands and I am super thankful for his expertise. Carli Bauer removed the sutures from my finger during my post-op appointment. The doctors, nurses and administrative staff were very professional and knowledgeable. They treated me extremely well and answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend OrthoArizona for all pertinent needs .

When you enter therapy for your first time with new knee, therapy is very painful. But this group of therapist are very knowledgeable of their job. I appreciate the patience they have taken with me! I recovered quickly but it takes being delegent in your own care. Plus doing your exercises at home between sessions! I love this place and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

OrthoArizona was able to get me an appointment quickly to address my injury. The check-in process was easy. I was able to complete my paperwork and pay before my appointment. The staff were nice. I saw Adrienne at the Arcadia location. Adrienne took time to explain the x-ray, what was going on with my injury, and shared a treatment plan that helped my injury to feel better and function again.

Kristen is amazing! She’s super helpful and patient answering all my questions and concerns regarding my surgery. I’ve been with Dr. Hartzler for 12-15 years and trust him with my life. I recommend OrthoArizona to anyone who has orthopedic issues. They are a well oiled machine and provide everything a patient needs to understand their condition, surgery, pre-op, and post-op.

Great follow up appt. Dan was patient answering all my wife’s questions and gave us easy to understand instructions. He helped me out by getting me out of doing the dishes for another 2 weeks!👍
