I came here on referral hoping to get help for some leg issues. I had over a month from when I scheduled this appointment to my actual visit, and in that entire time they never once told me I needed a physical disc of my xrays in order to be seen, just to call my referring doctor and have them send over my records. The day of my visit when I get to the office they tell me they cannot see me until I get a whole new set of xrays done since I did not have that disc. Thats a whole new set of images to pay for when my last set weren't even 3 months old. If they had told me even once during this waiting time I needed that disc I would have gladly arranged to pick that up but not once during my initial scheduling nor when I called to reschedule due to illness was I informed. The main doctor I was here to see wouldn't even come into the room to tell me himself.

Rick is such a pleasure to work with. I was a little apprehensive about my upcoming surgery, but he was very patient and answered all my questions. I felt very confident about the procedure when I finished my visit. I think he and Dr Ganesh are an amazing team, and I feel very blessed and grateful to have them for my hip replacement.

THIS WAS MY FIRST VIST WITH ALLISON, SHE CAME IN WITH A LOVELY SMILE & A VERY PROFESSIONAL INTRODUCTION. SHE LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS & EXPLAINED REASON FOR SCHEDULED APT, ON THIS DAY & PREPARATION FOR UPCOMING PROCEDURE. I LIKED HER ATTITUDE IT WAS PLEASANT & CALMING. WOULD DEFINITELY SEE HER AGAIN

The appt was pre-op for TKR on 11/21. Every question was answered and Rick spent the time needed to address concerns I had. Both the nurse and Rick were informative and reduced my anxious anticipation for next week’s adventure. 11/25/24. Physical Therapy at Ortho AZ with William Lamb went very well.He was professional and had several good suggestions of exercises to do at home. I am looking forward to continued healing and recovery through Physical therapy.

Allison was very personable, informative and took the time to discuss my issue as well as answer all of my questions. She laid out my options, along with the pros & cons to help me make an informed decision on my treatment.

Melissa is awesome! She knows what needs to be accomplished for the best results. She is very personable and understanding. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Davidson is a first class doctor. He is a great surgeon and has great credentials, He has a nice personality, kind and takes time with his patients. I refer all of my friends to him. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Rick was fantastic to work with. He listened to what my thoughts were regarding a surgery and after asking me some questions, manipulating my knee and agreeing with my opinions, he has my vote as being outstanding. Love OrthoArizona!
