Wait time was not great, waited almost 45 min past my appointment time, but I guess they were running behind. It happens. Seeing Lia Moceri is worth the wait. She is absolutely wonderful! I love that she is part of Dr Howlett’s team!

Everyone at Ortho RI is excellent from start to finish. Brooke Ramsier is the PA that I see and she’s THE BEST! Knowledgeable, caring, professional, kind and friendly!! I highly recommend her and RI Ortho! Thank you!

Ortho RI performed my Hip Replacement Surgery. From securing the appointment for the first evaluation through post op care and treatment (they do it all - replacement through therapy) they are so detailed in preparing you for surgery, considerate and pleasant in all face to face interactions, and extremely patient. I say this as a person who has rarely seen doctors, gets squeamish about surgeries, etc and this was as good experience as I could have hoped for. So much so, that 5 weeks post replacement, I scheduled my other hip for replacement.

Excellent experience in every possible way! My back issues have been building for 10 years and it was overwhelming to deal with. I was blessed to find help right away with such a knowledgeable staff! From neck to tail I’m making progress! 5 stars!

My Surgeon is Dr Howlett. I am so pleased to have him as my Dr. he takes time with you and really cares for his patients. We are very lucky to have Dr H. From Boston. I trust him with my life! You are in good hands with him and his Team!

Great doctor highly educated helped me for years with foot ulcers. Always a pleasure to see him, knowing that you will be OK.

Waiting time was minimal, was taken in and my symptoms reviewed. In my case x-rays. I was seeing right away, after the x-rays and easily worked out a course of action. Most of that is due to the fact that I have gone through this before.

As always a good experience with Ortho RI. Tom was my physical therapist for my first visit. He was compassionate and explained everything in simple terms.
