Ortho Arkansas

Dr. Wallace has done surgery on me twice. He is a phenomenal doctor and my dealings with Dr. Cotton have been pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone needing surgery. They take real good care of you. I had knee surgery this time and have one more knee to go. It’s not an easy surgery to have and they understand that as well as anyone. Their nurses or head nurse is a very nice and understanding human being. The call center also is very helpful and will call you back and not leave you hanging. All around a great group of caring professionals!

We had the best experience at Ortho Arkansas. The whole staff was great. Dr. Wallace was so friendly and very helpful. He explained everything that was going on, and what we needed to do for my daughter’s knee. He really listened, and answered all of my questions. He put my mind at ease, and made my daughter feel comfortable. He let us know what to expect, and gave us great instructions to help her manage while playing sports. We appreciate it!

Dr. Wallace, Kyle Cotton and their staff are the best! They are all very courteous, caring and professional. They are also very knowledgeable and capable in the field of orthopedic surgery. They recently performed a hip replacement on my husband and knee replacement on me. I fully intend for them to replace my opposite knee in the not so distant future. I highly recommend their practice.

Dr. Wallace with Ortho Arkansas is an outstanding physician. Not only is he a successful, seasoned surgeon with several years of experience, but he also displays genuine kindness and compassion to his patients. He’s extremely down to earth as you can feel his sense of authenticity when he walks into treatment room. Despite his busy practice he consistently displays courtesy, patience, kindness to his patients, taking sufficient time to address their concerns, answer questions, ensure good understanding while thoroughly explaining treatment options and plan of care. He includes you in this process talking “with you” opposed to talking “down to you.” You don’t feel rushed nor treated as a number in order to meet some administrative’s quota for the week. Instead, he treats you as a valued neighbor leaving you with hope that a few of these truly good doctors do still exist today. I would highly recommend consulting Dr. Wallace for your orthopedic needs.

Dr Wallace and his team at Ortho Arkansas is the BEST! I was seen quickly and Dr Wallace was professional, but very sweet to me. I had to have a hand injection and he made it as painless as possible. I will definitely be returning!!

A wonderful clinic and Kyle and Dr.Wallace are the best !!! My hip replacement was great and now I need 2 shoulder replacements soon.I feel confident it will all be successful with this awesome team with me all the way!!

Very kind, professional staff. Worked my daughter in when I messed up the appointment time. Very informative. Dr. Wallace liked to joke a little bit with Emily to help keep her focused on her recovery from a knee injury. I highly recommend Dr. Wallace and the staff at Ortho Arkansas' Heber Springs clinic.

Ortho Arkansas in Heber Springs have always been very friendly. The waiting time is never long. Dr. Wallace and Dr. Cotton gets you in and out. I really enjoy going to SEE them. If not having a good day Will always feel better when I leave
