Oro Valley Hospital

My stay at Oro Valley Hospital was comfortable. The private room was spacious and clean. The medical equipment seemed up to date and appropriate. The interior walls are very thin and I could hear patients on each side of me making it difficult to sleep. A good tip is to keep the door closed. My lead nurse and nurse’s aids were accommodating and provided detailed information regarding my medical care during my stay.

Our experience with Northwest Transitions Inpatient Rehabilitation was exceptional! The care was excellent and all the staff and personnel were amazing. The kindness we were shown was so helpful in dealing with our need to be there. We wish we could name every person individually who touched our lives while there, but just know we so appreciate every single one! And all the laughter we shared helped make our time there so much more enjoyable! We most definitely recommend this facility to all! Thank you Northwast Transitions!!!

I came to the hospital ER for a broken arm. From the minute I got there, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and kindness. I was seen expeditiously and had X-rays taken as soon as I arrived. I thought I would have to wait a long time for treatment, and yet that was not the case. I got a pain IV and an assessment from an orthopedic surgeon after the X-rays showed a complex fracture. Then the ER doc fashioned a soft cast for my arm. The staff put me in a private room with a mountain view to await surgery the next day. I highly recommend choosing this hospital, if you are unfortunate enough to need hospitalization,

Everything was excellent except checking in. I was told to be there at 0630 for a 0700 appt but staff was just getting to work. A sign directed me to the emergency dept to check in there but I waited at the front desk. May want to tell patients to come a little later or staff a little earlier. Front desk person was pleasant and helpful, but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Other than that, it was an excellent encounter.

I was scheduled for a procedure on November 8, 2024. My first impression as I walked into Oro Valley Hospital was how very clean and neat it was. I was also very impressed with the staff at Oro Valley Hospital. Doctors nurses anesthesiologist all worked very well together, I Comfortable knowing I was going under with the stuff that I had with me. I recommend Valley Hospital. I have nothing but praise with the hospital and the staff. I’ve been bragging about it since I had my surgery.. My first time ever visiting that hospital. Thank you much to the staff of doctors nurses anesthesiologist. You guys are awesome.

They were so patient with me, answered all my questions, took time to find out what was going on with me. The nursing staff are just so amazing, they show they truly care. A special shout out to nurse Stephanie in the fourth floor for the care she gave me ❤️ Truly the best hospital I've been too in a long time

Outpatient services provided in this department are efficient and patient focused. Upon entering the lobby I was greeted and did not wait more than a few minutes. The facility was clean and staff were kind. No complaints! Thank you.

Thank you all for the love and care you gave me. All the team was very supportive and well professional i appreciate everything from the time of check in to discharge I love how Dr. baker team and Anesthesia team took care of me with open arms. Thank God for Good service I got Friday morning the 19th of July 😘
