Orchard Park Progressive Physical Therapy

My experience at this place was very disappointing. There is a very aggressive receptionist named Rodney that works at the front desk. When I tried to discuss one of the forms with him, he became irritated. I tried one more time and he became very loud. As he raised his voice and snarled at me, spit was spraying out of his mouth. It really shocked me. The reception area was not clean. At this point, I canceled my appointment and left. I find Buffalo Rehab a much friendlier, cleaner and kinder approachable place, with excellent PT. With what I experienced at the reception, I cannot even imagine how my care would be. As I left, Rodney was shouting the owner of the buildings name at me. It didn’t make sense. I never asked about the owner of this brick and mortar building. I think my doctor may have sent the script to them by mistake.

I can not say enough amazing things about this physical therapist office. I have gone there for myself and now my daughter is going there. They are super attentive and informative and really take the time to get to the root of the issue and figure out how to correct it. I recommend them to everyone!

I have been looking for somewhere to go to PT. I have been to other places In the past and didn’t feel like it was beneficial. I have started coming here and seeing Dr. Ellory. She listened to all my concerns and is someone who WANTS to help you get better. I am excited for future appointments and to get my pain to a manageable point. The facility is clean and they have lots of different treatment options.

My experience with Dr.Phil and his talented team has been wonderful. I am delighted with the care and attention I receive at every visit (number 19 thus far), and my progress is a testament to their commitment to help my recovery from a bunionectomy. The jovial, encouraging atmosphere compels me to try my best. I totally recommend OP Progressive Physical Therapy.

The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful and very accommodating on days that I bring my 4 year old. We always look forward to being greeted by Rodney, who is super fun. I see Megan and she has lots of tools in her arsenal for anything that may come up. She really knows her stuff. Ellory is always helpful with an encouraging word or an answer to my many questions. It's a great environment.

Orchard Park Progressive PT has been my home for healing for two years. I’ve always felt at home and well taken care of. Staff are very helpful and compassionate. All and all I’m very pleased with the family like environment and services the staff/office gives to me. I highly appreciate it and recommend it.

Highly recommend. I went here for terrible trigger thumb. I could barely use my hand at all. All the therapists were kind and professional and they got me back to having full use of my hand.
