ORCHARD PARK HEALTH CARE CENTER

My mother-in-law has been admitted to Orchard Park a couple of months ago, and this place has been incredibly helpful to her and to us. Tim has worked through massive paperwork and hurdles to work out her financial arrangements. The nurses are angels for all the work they do and their patience. Daniela is personable, patient, professional and overall amazing. If you would be happy with an amazing group of people who patiently do their difficult jobs as nursing facility team members every day--Orchard Park is for you.

They are a great facility with professional staff and clean facility. My mom has been here for the past 6 weeks and everyone has been vested in her recovery . She has made great progress thanks to the hard work of the staff and our own involvement. The facility is super clean and laundry always done daily . We as family members must also do our part and be involved as this makes a HUGE difference!. Thank you and bless everyone that has supported us through this difficult journey.

My name is Rebecca Patton and I was in an horrific auto accident and all my bones from the waist down were completely crushed, along with my right arm which left me with titanium. The owner Nick Sorensen went above and beyond to make my life comfortable. The CNA's and Nurses were amazing. I was not an easy patient and they provided me with care and therapy. My stay was 6 months which I returned home. I am able to stand and somewhat shuffle my feet but this place is amazing for anyone who goes here. My mother requires pain medication and that was specifically mentioned in the hospital orders. It was reiterated by my father at 4pm upon arrival. At 3pm the following day she had not had her pain meds. She missed a total of three doses and her pain was off the charts. While going through that the nurse transitioned her to the bathroom and left her there. Incredibly poor service.

Went in to visit a friend and the nurses were being mean to the cna's right in front of patients which is a hipaa violation and very unprofessional. Yelling and making rude comments to other employees. I personally would never put a loved one in that facility.

My Aunt was a resident here for roughly 5 years. Orchard Park and their amazing staff have been with her through the ups and downs of those last 5years and we have met a lot of healthcare heros along the way. Nothing is ever perfect, but as an overbearing POA watching out for my Aunt, I never had to call and raise hell. Some other nursing homes didn't even make it 2 days for that to occur. That is saying a lot about a nursing home in an underfunded industry. Orchard Park seems to somehow find the most amazing and caring staff! I have never seen anything but genuine compassion and love from the staff, many times even when they didn't know I was around. Words can't truly express my appreciation for this amazing staff of people, but thank you! If ever my family would need such care again I would not hesitate to have orchard Park as a partner in their care!

My father recently had to spend 3 weeks at Orchard Park for rehabilitation after hip replacement surgery. The staff is wonderful. They were very attentive to his needs, always positive, polite and professional. The PT he received was top notch. PT was able to motivate him without being pushy and they explained everything they were doing. The care conferences were very informative and helpful. The reception staff was always very kind and helpful. My dad said the food was great!
