LOVE OTF Auburn and my fit family! I joined in January, 2019. OTF is the first gym that I have ever stayed consistent with and truly enjoy. The workouts vary each day and are challenging with elements of endurance, strength, and power as well as fun. The coaches and staff are AMAZING, knowledgeable, and encouraging.

I hadn’t been to a gym in years and was super nervous about gym anxiety. The whole team was so informative & easy to work with when I joined. Coach Chris was so fun for my first class! I have enjoyed all of the coaches- they really push you & motivate you to become the better version of yourself. I feel stronger after 2 months and look forward to this workout everyday!

This is my go-to gym for a good hour-long workout. They have trained coaches during each class, so help motivate you and make sure you are holding correct form and not hurting yourself in the weight room. You do have to sign up for classes in advance, but I think that’s a genius way to ensure the room isn’t overbooked and motivates got to attend since you’ve committed.

I am a freshman at auburn and have been looking for a community like this one all through first semester. Joining OT was one of the best decisions I have made since coming here. Not only are the work outs challenging but also enjoyable. I have never seen progress like I have after just 2 months. Join!!
